The worst stay is still an understatement. Rooms are dirty and moldy with spiders, cockroaches, mosquitoes and whatnot infestation. Bathroom fittings are broken, dirty and just barely work. The receptionist lady is the worst of them all, they give broken glass that were sitting dirty in the corner of the room and we didn't care but when checking out their own staff checks and complaints of that being broken, and that lady starts yapping and cursing without even listening to us, and they charged us for that broken glass. Money is not the issue because we paid for over expensive food since they don't allow outside food and you have to pay extreme amounts for mediocre quality food.

NEVER BOOK NEVER STAY 1) No good gesture from the reception 2) Rooms are horrible, - Throughout cigarette smell, Dirty room, Worst curtains, Curtains are full of dirts and marks, Bedsheets and Pillow covers are unwashed. Blanket is full of dust not according like a OYO ROOM. Broken cupboards. 3) They don’t provide mineral water, they are taking money and bringing from outside tht too some unethical brand. 4) Poor Management 5) Poor Condition of Hotel NEVER BOOK NEVER STAY PEFER SOME OTHER HOTEL

One of worst experience in hotel, Night manager is too rude.. Checkin not atall smooth.. Not recommended atall. Rooms are not clean... Food prices as higher as 5 star but food quality as lower as local dhaba or street food. Washroom doesn't have any exhaust fan, taps are leaking water. Anyway not recommended atall

The room is so dirty and the bathroom is not fitted properly, the construction work is visible and last the price of the hotel food is so high, i ordered my dinner in 7 pm but I received the dinner form hotel staff at 11 pm , so it is the mainten of the hotel ,i suggest everybody plz don't check in this hotel ..

Behaviour of staff is really bad. The rooms specially the washroom was unhygienic. They don't allow outside food and their food is overpriced and less in quantity. Overall I and my husband had the worst experience ever.

Worst. Bad service. The lady’s behavior is very bad. I suggest all my Bangladeshi friends just avoid this hotel. No one try to this with booking.com . It’s not same price what showing booking.com. The hotel charges more. If you want to pay by credit card they charge 5% extra. Very bad experience with them.

So Cheapest service I have ever seen.. I am traveling maximum time but this type of service I didn't see. I stayed there 3 days but I have changed 3 room in 3 days due to AC not working. Water getting leakage. Fan sound was extremely headache. landline was not working. Even we called for service but 2 to 3hr they are not responding. Out side food was not allowed but own food was cheaper quality.. How they are looting people.. just see. Even we got only one towell in 3 days. One of the worst Hotel.

Pathetic behaviour of management firstly they overcharged for the room also at time of checkout they took more money by saying its past the checkout time we even call before the checkout time to move our luggage to waiting area but they willinging refuse it so they can overcharge. Also it is not safe for women.
