Worst hotel experience ever. It turned my short vacation into a nightmare. No cleanliness. Rude staffs and they don't even clean daily. The toilet stinks & so dirty. I even got some of my supplies stolen while i wasnt in the room. The room smells of cigarettes and no ventilation even the AC is broken. The blanket seems like its been used many times without wash. I had to lose 596$ worth items. I realised it when i returned to my own country. Please dont book this hotel specially if u come with family. Location is the one and only good thing about this horrible hotel. Honesty i was quite helpless because when i arrived it was quite late to have many options. If i knew it would be this bad living in a pavement would have been much better

Only the location is good, otherwise the rooms are not in a good condition...dirty and shabby walls, betel leaf stains. Dirty linen bathroom too small and very dirty with yellow stains all around. No toiletry provided and towel was smelly, blanket was dusty. Also tariff is too high.

What they advertise and what they actually offer are totally different. Don't get deceived by the pictures. Don't know if those are paid ads or something, but the hotel felt like a mouse trap - fully congested, no air circulation, unfriendly and spylike behaviour by the staff. Nothing worth mentioning.

Hotel Plaza is a typical hotel around new market area where everything needs to be renovated to make it habitable. I stayed there only for its historical significance. Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Thakur stayed here for some months when he wrote one of his famous poem, Nirjhorer Swapnovongo.' He also met Kadambori Debi here. The hotel did not put any effort to keep this part of the history alive. The staircase, railing and some glassworks carry the legacy of once which housed the great poet.

I had some business in park street, but had arrived very late in the city, so most of my options were gone. My cab driver brought me to this place. I didn't like this hotel at all, but I was helpless. The bedsheet had some stains on it. The washroom was not very clean. The staff was okay. I would not recommend this place .

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip, the location shared was incorrect, poor service no towels, soaps, hand was were given, the location was in quiet interior. Experience was not good
