Hotel Majestic International

O my God!!!The worst place I have been in Kolkata... They just want money.The behaviour of the staff is worst of the worst. Just not a good choice. The toilet shower,flash was not working,complained many times but no response.. Only rooms were good,but service was horrible. They charge extra money for UPI payment.where we can move around India cashless,they demand extra money for online transaction. Just waste of money...

Worst experience of my life, very bad behaviour by staff, no bill provided , gutka split all over the wall, no online payment accepted, fully black marketing. I went there with my spouse and children, this hotel is not safe for families, The staff are drunk and misbehave with their guests.

I will suggest that please don't go there. It's better to go to the best hotel nearby. The service was literally very bad when u will call them then will come so late. N during ur check out they will come repeatedly to take tips money...n yes the rooms are very dirty n AC will also not work properly. It was my bad experience in a hotel majestic... Bt yes one good thing was the food was so good.

Very bad hotel . They charge 2k per day and they have dirty rooms with gutka all over the walls and dirty bathrooms buckets bed sheets and tables . I will suggest you not to take this hotel and go for others .As per the charge they don't have enough to give even they have nothing to charge this much.

Very dirtiest hotel in Kolkata 😡 reception and all staff behaviour is very rude..this hotel is haunted with ghost 😡 there is a staff panda babu is scammer..be aleart guys don't waist ur money..sab staff chor hai

This hotel is not good one of the most dirtiest hotel of Kolkata and the staff members are very bad especially the one who sits in reception they does not know how to talk with customers according to the price the hotel is not up to expectations.Room is dirty washroom does not flush properly electric light just fluctuate and the staff behaviour is very rude . Atleast keep a nice staff with good behaviour for the hospitality

Really needs renovation. They are already renovating the ground floor & the third. Hopefully will be fully upgraded by the end of 2024.

Please ignore this hotel, the misbehaved with guest the charge extra for no reason. Me and my friends waited I'm the hotel for 3 days the charges 2300 Per day when we have told them for check out they were asking more money, we denied for that the through our bag try to hit us, they have charge 20k for blankets and mattress was dirty.
