Hotel Al Sana

I room booked by online mode, standard non AC RS 1512/- 100 rupees discount for 1st online booking, i reached that hotel at 8 a.m, and our check in time was 12 p.m, but normally check in time is 11 a.m, so reception personal told me 1st you wait outside till 12 p.m or pay 300/- rupees for advance check in, and I ware pay according to his instructions, because I can't wait 4 hour with my family, after that they provided us a low quality room, tripple corners very small room, free internet available but, wifi was not working, broken floor's tiles, while walking in the room moving the tiles and sound coming out from there, for room service telephone's were was disconnected, we are reception person behaviour were not good, really we were very disappointed, next morning I taken a new hotel and rent was 400 /- less and 3 hotel's rent 500/-

This is the worst Hotel..... The staff is not friendly at all....They where rude and the rooms are very dirty and unhygienic....Stay away from this hotel....The price is also high compared to other options

Good for bachelors, 1300 to 1500 for AC room, bed is quite small only for two adults , washroom is ok, no hot water, good AC ,no lift , quite difficult to shift luggage, staff behaviour is good. Nearby market , metro, taxi, bus, food facility

Average hotel, price of room almost budget friendly. But location is superb , atleast to me. Esplanade Metro just 4 mins, beside KMC. Well connected. Overall nice stay.

It's good place for family and couples too . Neat and clean room 😀 washroom was clean 😀 room was so good you can spend your private time with your partner 😉 Couple non AC -1000 Couple AC - starting 1300 Family non AC - 1000 Family AC - 1300

Actually I'm talking about 'Privacy'. Here anyone facing this big issue but They(This Hotel) don't care about it. Actually it's not right or not under any rules but they doing it normally and easily and proudly.@They capture every couple's live photo digitally even after taking each person's ID proof.@They makes this rules personally because I think anyone can't see this rules in any other place or hotels or staying in India.@So I think this is a big Privacy issue here.@They should solve it ASAP

The rooms are somehow good for them who wants to stay in a minimum costs near the corporation office and new market area. The Marquis street also in a walking distance. The building and facility is old. There are huge bugs in bed.
