1/1 Park Street Hotel

If you want a budget hotel in the midst of the park Street then you can definitely go for it. Rooms are good only but renovation needs to be done. Washroom is also good. Staff behaviour is very co operative. I found the room clean and free of dust.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights,which was horrible. COMPLAINT WAS RAISED TO SUPPORT GOIBIBO FOR SHIFT OF MY STAY, CHECK THE PHOTOS FOR THE SAME. This hotel was terrible and staff are criminal in nature. The staff in this hotel quarrel with all the customers and some guests have been cursed too for staying in their hotel and paid for the same. No doubt that the location is good, but the hotel is not safe and staff are not obligable. THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR FAMILY AND GOOD PEOPLES.... AVIOD THIS IN FUTURE STAYS IN KOLKATA. the rooms are with all kinds of insects and cockroaches all over the hotel. The beds, pillow and bed sheets were rotten and teared. Fans makes sound and dirty. Room accessories are too old and unmaintained. Smells like a stay in gutter or godown or somewhere in the slum. More noices and shouting by the hotel people. They allowed outsiders too, to make some additional money. If any one like to experience the same enjoy the hotel's terrible environment. This online booking people quoted as 3 star but it is not worth for single star too.

Average hotel with nice location, rooms are big with lot of space, WiFi is very weak, but good location to stay there

The location of the hotel is the most important aspect, you can get a cab, auto, metro, or bus from a nearby street. Although no provisions of the kitchen facility, the attendant remains alert 24*7 just at the reception desk. Comparatively spacious rooms than similar budget hotels. Well-behaved and polite reception staff, overall good response during three days stay at the Hotel. Things to improve: Upgrade of toilet system.

Terrible experience at late night when we went to check in this hotel. They did not allowed to check in because they were facing an issue wid agoda. At the same time my booking was also confirmed from there side. Late night again we had to search for other hotel. Agoda should watch on this.

I don’t know what to begin with. First, my personal belonging got stolen and when I asked for the CCTV footage they denied having the possession of my thing. Second, I was HARASSED while confronting the staff at the hotel. They used derogatory words to make me feel uncomfortable. Third, when I complained against them on Goibibo for the same these people immediately accepted their fault and begged for forgiveness as it will hamper the reputation of the hotel. I’m so frustrated and it’s so upsetting to witness the entire thing as I was there only for a day and all this lead to situations where I missed my train back home.

The Hotel is situated at a very Tourism friendly place and in a decent , pictureseque place. Everything, from victoria palace ,kalighat mandir, mother teresa's abode, subash chandra bose's home ..all are within 2.5 km limits of the hotel. And there is a metro station just within 1 minute walk. The rooms were of good size and clean.. the hotel from outside looks like a makeshift hotel, but the interiors are decent for a tourism visit with family or friends .
