Ricardo Beach resort

The pool was good . Staff's behaviour was very poor and they don't response to what we say to them. The quality of food was very poor and low category . According to the food's taste and quality the price was too high . So , I would like to say do not visit and stay in this resort if anyone comes to Mandarmani. Please choose another resort to stay except this resort . The price of products which were local not branded were also extra charged ......

The hotel is situated just on the beach . We had a wonderful experience on our 2-days trip to this hotel on May 1st. Seven families, with toddlers aged 2-3 years, joined together and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel staff were extremely well behaved helpful and accommodating. Our cottage rooms were cozy, albeit a bit small, and conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel even prepared special meals for our little ones with reduced spice and seasoning, which they loved. The food was tasty & outstanding. Complimentary breakfast is available 8am to 10.30am. Additionally, the rooms in the main building ( Ground & 1st floor) were impressive, with plenty of space and a beautiful setup. While the swimming pool is of moderate size, it would benefit from clearer and cleaner water. On the plus side, the hotel offers ample parking space. The approach road, approximately 300 meters long, is somewhat unpaved and may become challenging to navigate during rainfall. One drawback of this hotel is the inconsistent electricity supply, which resulted in voltage fluctuations during our stay. Despite having a backup power system, the air conditioning units would still shut off whenever the voltage dropped or the power went out.

Hotel location is good but very low maintenance of room. We stayed room number 4003. Though we paid Rs. 2100 for each day still there is no television, no latch in the bathroom. The water is continuously dropping as the tap is not working also there is no place in the bathroom where you can keep the toiletries . There is no water purifier. We have to purchase water with extra cost from them, which is also local product not branded. There were lots of fly in the cafeteria as well as we saw a frog also yesterday night. But pool area is good. Staffs are very well behaved.

The view from the rooms were excellent. The rooms were clean, the appliances working properly and the bathrooms were neat and the water was well regulated. The service was swift and apt. The staff; extremely polite, accommodating and helpful. The pool inside is quite clean with a proper shower. For a weekend getaway, this is a great choice with family or friends.

Excellent location for holiday relaxing also directly connected with long private beach also a lawn type area beside the sea for amazement. Room are clean and also swimming pool is ok but no connectivity with main road and any other shop because it's in remote location only 3 resorts are nearby in this area. Food quality are not upto the mark according to the price it's just average otherwise it's a good resort for peaceful holiday trip and also for direct beach access.

The best is the service, within 2-5 minutes things were made available and the staffs are really well behaved, helpful and gentle in nature. I would specially mention Ranjan Maity and Bapi in service along with Amit, Tojo among the most interacted ones...but all of the service staffs are good. You enter from the main gate to find swimming pool, which was operated by Shubho, also very nice helpful guy, the way straight goes to the sitting area near reception, and sideways there is a gate thaat drops you down to the sea. Why I didn't give a 5 star as a whole is because of taste of food

Rooms are very good neat and clean. Room service and stuff behavior is also superb. But toilets are needed serious attention⚠️. Broken taps, oberflow water not functional geyser and so on.. Overall it is a great property. Food is also delicious.. Best part of theresort is the pool, very spacious..

Exceptional room with a panoramic view of the sea beach. The quality of service is superb. They provide complimentary breakfast and limit eggs and water. This is unacceptable. We liked everything about this resort but the breakfast!
