Just checked out of this hotel, and honestly, I really liked the place! I booked their Premium Super Deluxe Room, and it was a great experience. The room was clean, everything was well-maintained, and the overall environment felt fresh and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay even better. The pool area was clean and nicely maintained too — a great atmosphere for both families and couples. Overall, a really pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Those who are looking for quality within budget then you will be disappointed if you go there surely. Room condition is somewhat fare as a budget hotel but they don't really have any idea on hospitality industry. Hotel staffs are all untrained locals including manager although their apparent behaviour on individual basis are good. I had gone there on 16th August in 2025 when the manager at the reception charged us a hefty price of INR 5000.00/day. He annoyingly ensured to make us fully pay at check in time through cash & never gave us any bill in return. The cooked foods (Bengali cuisine) were fare enough too as budget hotel but the service was really pathetic. Anyway overall annoying experience.

Horrible behaviour of staff. The first day we went the kitchen staff lied to us about the chef being ill so they wouldn’t have to cook for us. There were power outages after power outages and nobody got up to switch on the generator until 1h later- the receptionist didn’t even pick up my calls. Worst of all was when we asked for jeera rice and the kitchen staff gave it in half the quantity and said “19-20 hoe ektu” (although they charged us for a whole plate) and when we complained, he brought some plain rice and asked us to mix it with the jeera rice. Apart from this, the room had a torn blanket and the phone was not working- we had to twist the wires and keep it in a certain way to make it work. It took an hour for the AC to get the room cooled. The bathroom sink was clogged and the health faucet was leaking. Moreover, there were loads of spiders and bugs in the bathroom. The mirror too was in a horrible condition. The way to the beach was through a cowshed and it smelled of cow dung and we had to hop, skip and jump to avoid putting our feet in it. Overall, never coming back.

I have booked ss resort on 14.08.2025 to 16.08.2025 with my family.as on 15th august the sold many room to drunker group and the make a very disturbence inside swimming pools a result many good family person unable to use pool and open table drinking and inside pool.also in night in my bed I have face cockroach moving inside bed.heavely disturb seep.u suggest good family person to avoid this resort.they are moneymaker and sold room to young group who are drunker .

Manager , Hopitality staff behaviour is very Bad and also food quality.. Horrible experience in swimming pool that is too small .. Do not visit this kind of resort🤬🤬

No doubt the rooms were well furnished, have a classy dinning area and a good pool. Still one suggestion to give, that is... please conduct peat control. When I stayed for 1 day, a got to see a big alive cockroach in the room. I'm also mentioning the room no. It is room number 212.

Worst Experience ever : Well discussed everything over call before planning because was going with Family and small Kids after travelling 5-6 hours by Road. Booking done . But you never know , This world is full of Monsters who can do anything for Money! So the Management and Staff of this Hotel even i would not like to call it as Resort! ( Ss Resort Saikat saranya ) You are Booking Delux and Premium room via phone and they will suggest you to stay at doormetry when you reach .. can you imagine.. ? Even observed they did fraud with a Goibio booking to another customer. After reaching ..Family suffered almost 3 hrs for alternate arrangement. Lier , Un- professional staff - Misleading Information - Lack of amenities Beaware of these kind of Fraudsters!
