First time entered into this hotel everything was good but price is very high as high as big cities....!!

I stayed this hotel2 days, very worst hotel AC not worked but they charged AC room amout. My suggestion please don't go this hotel very very very poor service

They have trust issue with the customer. If you chekin moring 6'O clock then the next day same time service boy will come and knock the door and ask for money. Dont have minimum sense of humor.

I stayed there during my Bharat Cycle Yatra, as I was so much tired and hungry and in hurry to put my luggage some where , get fresh and have lunch, it was around 11:30 AM. So I saw this lodge near Bus Stand and rushed into it. The Manager or the owner who's it was so much arrogant, however I asked them in starting where they will keep my cycle. I've post pictures of torn and stained towel , choked wash basin. Rest you can understand. I wouldn't recommend this place if you've time to visit some good lodges near bus stand within your budget. Navayuga is charging high with lower standard

Not that great in hospitality. Rooms are old kind with damaged furniture but the price is high compared to other well maintained hotels or OYO rooms. Since it is located quite opposite to the RTC Bus stand, most seekers visit this place and manage to stay here, like I did!!

No room service available, No LIFT maintenance, A/C Also not working properly, No A/C and TV Remote, Bathrooms are like public Toilets. No drinking Water. Please, Kindly don't try to visit or to stay This is not a luxury lodge

Ideal place and rooms was neat. Opposite to bus stand, room rate non ac is 800/- for 1 person Ac room for 1 person is 1000/-. Staff is very pathetic people & rude behaviour, They cheat very Unknowingly I ask for AC room for single person then staff said 1000/- & negotiated for 800/- long struggle but I did the mistake I paid him cash. I ask staff to give a bill so he said we have given AC room for 800/- which is again owner rule we can’t give bill. Then he said I can we only 700/- bill as non AC room charges. I ask him owner him owner contact details refuse to give & start arguing & giving bad word. I have gone to his hotel by going through google review & rating. Very horrible experience.

Worst place. Mouse ate and damaged clothes worth Rs.10,000/-. Manager Basavaraj is irresponsible and don’t handle things. Please avoid.
