Hotel Sri Grands

It's worst hotel stay i have ever had. Goibibo cheated with having 4 stars on the hotel. This not even deserve 1 star. First of all hotel was renovating. Room was full of dirt and cockroaches. Spider web all over. Bathroom was so dirty that make you not to use it. And all with charges of 1700 for a night? It's ridiculous. Their staff got angry when we gave 30 rs as tip. Seems like they were looking for 100 rs. Not recommend to go there even its last hotel on earth.

The hotel is near to RTC complex but far from main business centre. No good food centre available nearby. Room is spacious but there is rat in the room. Being a hospitality service, Management should take immediate measures to avoid such experiences.

We come here frequently. But the service this time was worst. It doesn’t even deserve one star ⭐️ rating. A guy named Guru prasad is so rude! Doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Washrooms are stinking, bed sheets are filthy. We are here since 3 days and not even one day the house keeping guys came to clean the room. There were lizards in the room. We requested them to give us blankets but they gave us wet blankets and there were no spare bedsheets with them. How are they even maintaining such a big hotel without spare bedsheets. This is the worst management.

Very poor maintenance. No proper cleaning, small cockroaches,uncleaned bedsheets,bad maintenance of blanket. Changed three rooms, even A/C not working properly. No shower in bathroom ( Room no 510 ). No bucket in bathroom. Overall can tell worst maintenance.

Very nice hotel... Huge rooms at reasonable price... Washrooms are also good. It is near to bus stand.

Location is good, limited parking space, Good rooms, hot water in bathroom is very less, overall decent for night stay

Very worst linen. Even on request changed linen which is more than worst. Washroom door don't have door lock and it gets opened. No hot water. Poor unprofessional management. Even 1star is more for the service. I have photos but I don't want to post because I feel pity on myself for staying in such bad hotel. Had been to many places in India but first such experience.

It was very uncomfortable stay in entire trips They are cheating everything like while booking room .. they mentioned breakfast is complementary And they charged for breakfast But I didn’t get any breakfast there When I was asking for breakfast They simply said here no restaurant is there So we are saying sorry to not providing breakfast Rooms are not cleaned Bedroom is not cleaned When I was entered in room I got garbage smell I informed to front office but they didn’t care about my words So guys don’t go for this hotel
