Hotel Sitara Grand

We reached Rajahmundry by train at 5am, to attend some function. We booked this hotel to relax for few hrs and fresh up and get ready for function. We reserved this hotel 1 week before without paying any advance. They are kind enough to reserve room for us. Neat and clean room and good enough for 2 people stay with neat bathroom. Paid 1000 for 1 day., non-AC room.

Location is good near main road.but the place is lousy.it must be a good property few years back but not today towels, bedsheets etc are all torn and heavily used for years. Room furniture needs replacement, hotel needs refurbishment. Cleanliness so-so.No pantry service either, ni snacks or just tea coffee available.no hot water kettle in the rooms.cannot recommend willingly.

Most accessible place in this lodge . Travel easy way to road nearest kotipalli bus stand road . Late night also direct travel easy way. Clean and safety also good. Surround walking travel nearest place godavari . Night view also super. Feel good safe your long journey peoples .

I had a wonderful stay at hotel sithara grand in Rajahmundry and it is very convenient for access the primary locations like godavari boat ride and it is very warm welcome and gesture from them and I highly recommend

There is no ventilation. Window in the room is permanently closed. If you want airflow, you need to open door where all workers and customers are looking. Air condition in the room 102 is not working. When asked the same in the reception, he has informed that nonAC room provided as per the order. Considering the above situation, it is not advisable for stay in nonAC room.

So we booked two room as we didn't find any restaurant near to our selected location in all the websites.It was clearly given that there is cellar parking but when we reached they carelessly replied no u can park outside on the road.When we checked the room oh my god(it ain't a room it's an average penthouse) to be honest it's worst compared to the price doors lock handle wasn't working and there is no light it feels very unsafe for the people who come not knowing . No courtesy to apologise too.We moved in a jiff. Good thing there are very damn good hotels in the same line withing walkable distance U can check em out Hope it clears all ur doubts ✌️

Not even worth the single star. We have spent 3k and booked two rooms. We were very particular about parking space and when inquired they mentioned they had cellar space. We reached only to hear them say "you can park your car on the road, our boys will watch overnight". We almost agreed, but then came the rooms. The lift didn't work, we were taken to the terrace of the building which in no angle was maintained, no lights, had the most shadiest looking space. The penthouse was modified into "rooms" where the key hole did not work, bathrooms were the worst. We requested for two rooms and they had only one ready. We requested for a change in room and we received another room where the bathroom door knob was not there. I don't know what makes them qualified to run this "hotel". We left the room leaving the goddam money and his response was "I hope you did not ruin the bed". Absolutely zero accountability, rude and careless behaviour by the front desk. There are other better options in the same street so choose them rather this pathetic building.

Service levels are poor and can improve on hygiene and furnishings, matters is not comfortable and furniture is almost end of Life cushions.
