Worst hotel, the reception person is very rude and hostile. Not safe with family. Dont opt for this propety.

Two nights I stayed in the said Ilapuram Smart, not once was the room cleaned as they do not have any cleaning staff. The bathroom was not clean enough.There is no food restaurant in the vicinity so there is no room service. TV subscription was not paid so could not watch anything onTV . The Air conditioner needed servicing as it was not cooling. It was a very bad experience.Visit at your own risk.

This hotel has seen better days. Absolutely no service, when I checked in the room had musty odor and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Had to remind the reception twice before someone came to clean the bathroom. At the price they were charging there are much better places to stay in Vijayawada.

We had ordered food we found cochroach we complaint to the hotel authority about this but they wont even care about complaint and the staff behaving was not good they were telling that its not their mistake and we came by ourself . Worst service and response was worst . Totally food was not good if we give any complaint they dnt even care

I stayed in a double room. You can consider this as Lodge rather than Hotel. Very Small Room, no complementary water bottle, old stinking towels, Noisy exhaust. Just opt this as a last resort. It will be good choice if you get it at ₹1600 - ₹1700 online. Any thing extra is waste. They will charge ₹2300/- including taxes at hotel including breakfast.

Compact room. No breakfast area, was put at parking area in open with very limited dishes and coffee. No hot water. Noisy air conditioner. Not really worth for the price paid. Totally, it is a kind of losing money for limited facilities since it is a capital city. While nothing much changed due to vijayawada being the capital city, the hotel prices have shot up like anything. As I have been visiting vijayawada for the past number of years, I can understand how the hotel room prices have sky rocketted for no reason. I feel, the hotels in places like Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore in south are comparatively far cheaper. Hotel reception team is very cooperative.

Fantastic experience !!! Many bugs crawling under the blanket( yet to identify what are those...)many number of cockroaches crawling in washroom room is with stinky smell and we chased manager to change the bedsheets and blankets which are used by previous customers. Hot water will not available we need to call desk for every thing.

Location is very near the Hotel Ilapuram and Gandhi Nagar. The rooms are quite near, though a bit small. The amenities provided are very basic, like hot water, towels, etc. There is limited service as Ilapuram smart does not have a restaurant within the premises. Overall, it would be ideal for a stay not more than a couple of days.
