The staff on reception in the evening shift is just horrible. I had a really bad experience at this property. I booked a room in this property in advance and reached at the property to check in but they said they have no room left and we can't provide you a room even after online booking and payment was done. After some complaints and speaking with Treebo customer support they gave us a room. The story does not end here the worst part is ahead. We went out for dinner after locking our room around 10 pm and came back at 1 AM and found our room was wide open. The gate was left open. When I reached the reception to understand the whole security situation, the reception guy was sleeping comfortably and disguised us like he doesn't know anything. After confronting him, I called police and explain them the whole situation. Took guarantee of the policeman for my safety and security. So overall, they ruined our stay and time on that night. Pro tip- If a hotel is not alloting you your room even after booking hotel online, make sure you look for some other accommodation and cancel the booking right away.

First of all hotel and rooms are very good. But it's not suitable for long stays. Lack of house keeping. Bed linens not changed after multiple requests. Due to the dirty comforters my daughter catched cold and cough. The hotel doesn't have restaurant but they provided very good breakfast and that's the best part. They provided only one water bottle per day and there is no other RO filter or anything. You have to purchase water bottles from them at higher price. The staffs are polite and soft nature.

Very poor hospitality reception and night shift employees didn't work they just sleep under AC even after telling them to put some water in the fridge they didn't and arguing with guest

Bad experience here. Definitely skip this if you can and keep it as your last option, I only went here because my dad was sick and my friend's brother suggested us this place. I wouldn't want to go over what transpired in my time spent here, but the gist would be rude receptionist, cockroaches in room, stained bedsheets.

Worst hotel. Irresponsible management. Rooms are not cleaned and beddings are not changed at all. Booked this through treebo and treebo is a cheater. Never trust this hotel and never trust treebo

1- full of bed bugs and roaches 2- hot water kettle for coffee/tea is rusted. 3- button at the bottom of the shower nob , if pressed by mistake will get jammed. 4-no proper provision for hanging towels/ toiletries provided. 5-to top it if we search just by name in Google maps, it will take us to some residential locality with a municipal park. 6- high light is no one knows any vegetarian restaurant or hotel address, we searched and found one called rasoi which is near to this place. 7-complimentory breakfast provided on 5 th floor n lift doesn't work in power cuts which is at the same time. 8-parking available only for 2- 4 wheelers rest have to park on street, first come first serve.

Good place with a moderate price. Western ideology of interiors with bathroom design and others. I liked the place about the adjustable light direction for any work and the electric kettle for hot water. Fans too are remote based.
