good rooms located in an accessible area in bengaluru near shell petrol bunk when i booked it was around 1700 for 1 room with decent room with hot water facility.

Nice place to stay. Rooms are well furnished and hygienic. Their overall service too is quite good. Price is also reasonable. One can come and stay peacefully without any disturbance. A must visit.
