Mr Udupa gave me the confidence that things will all be set and comfortable From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. They made check-in a breeze and were always on hand to offer assistance with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable; every corner of the lobby, hallways, and rooms was spotless, which made my stay even more comfortable. The team of colleagues here work seamlessly together, ensuring that every guest feels well taken care of. Whether it was housekeeping or room service, their attention to detail was outstanding. I truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere created by the staff—it added a personal touch to my stay. I recently stayed at a hotel and was pleased with the overall experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep. The amenities offered were adequate, including a decently sized bathroom with essential toiletries(soap and towel). The room's ambiance was relaxing, with a nice view adding to the appeal. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, offering good value for the price. But the hot water for bath was not available in the morning.

One of the worst experiences, I called them on 11 August night 11 if there is any single room available.they said yes ,so I replied I will come ,they asked me for time. So I said by 30 mins to one hour and they said ok. I travelled from garudacharpalya to chickpete spending 300 rs and reached there by 11:50 and the doors were closed even though they said they are open 24*7 I called both the numbers one was telephone and other was phone but didn't pick. Then my rapido guy helped me with other hotel. Next day I called the hotel and said this and he ignored me didn't even say sorry just kept quiet. Iam from mangalore People say that this was run by Mangaloreans,but it was a bad decision And rooms also are not clean ,a lot of bed bugs and cockroach

The behavior of the staff was not good, we had to argue at 4:30 in the morning as we were 3 people and our train was at 7 in the morning and they said that hot water will come at 6 am.

I didn't like this lodge because they are mentioned they have parking facility but there is no parking facility available nd no lifts available in the lodge how old age people are walk on the steps worstu experience im totally disappointed
