It’s pathetic staffs are very rude and manager himself making the money at the time booking he was asking pay extra Monu we have already paid the money in booking website owner should know about this and when we have asked to check with his booking platform he was telling to complaint to booking website that don’t continue the business with this hotel manager was saying I don’t care about this and all after complaint to the police station also he was behaving like a in professional and most importantly this property owner has spender too much money to construct this hotel but because of unprofessional staff he will close the hotel soon
