Recently we celebrated our baby 1st birthday party at Royal Ruby hotel. It was a great experience. The ambience was really good🤩. We all had a nice time at the private theatre.

They have improved alot now, i think management has been changed, had a comfortable stay, maintaning it very clean, staff is very professional and helpful in every way, new offers every week and kudos to the staff who are very helpful, had hassle free check in. Manager was very professional and guided us well for our business trip. All the best for you guys. You have improved alot than before. I do refer all my friends and family to royal ruby for their trip to bangalore

Had an awesome experience staying at Hotel Royal Ruby, Great Ambience, Treating guests as if we are their family, nice staff, rooms are good, smart tv connected with high speed wifi, should visit atleast once to experience the goodness. You wont go to other place, near to market, it companies, tech hub, supportive staff, gave us idea about nearby places in understanding our situation to save time, i am very thankful to the guy at reception who is very delight and respectful towards guests

Title: Avoid at All Costs - Appalling Service, Filth, and Zero Hygiene I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Royal Ruby Hotel Electronic City, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The service was atrocious, the cleanliness was non-existent, and the hygiene standards were utterly appalling. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the staff didn't care. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed put off by my presence. The asked me to pay extra after paying online. But the real horror show was the state of the room. The bedspread was dirty, and the bathroom was a biohazard. I found a box of used condom. It was clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned. The hotel's hygiene standards were laughable. The service was abysmal, the cleanliness was disgusting, and the hygiene was non-existent. Unless you enjoy risking your health and sanity, stay far, far away from this dump. And more over oyo was completely inappropriate with the decision the gave. After sending them the photo of the box of condom and the property manager was very clear saying he can't solve the issue, oyo still refused to return my money and told me they can give only 20% as refund or a different Hotel which was located 4km away from my location.

I had the worst experience at the Royal Ruby in Bangalore. The beds were dirty, and the hospitality was the worst I've ever encountered. Additionally, the AC wasn't working initially, which added to the discomfort. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. They are not even eligible for 1 star.

Rooms are ok. But there is no parking facility, noisy surroundings, no lift facility, high cost and not even having food facilities, we need to either order online or go to nearest market place. Rooms are clean but the bedsheets and blankets are not maintained properly. Check in time is 12pm and checkout time is 11am. If you wanna stay there, you should carry your own bedsheets and all, otherwise you want to adjust with untidy things. For families with small children, I don't recommend this place because the windows in the room does not have bars, they were just sliding windows, chances of occurrence of accidents are more there.
