Hotel PawanSree Deluxe Lodge

We had to check in at 6 am and we had already called and informed OYO rooms the previous day about this. However, on reaching, we came to know that they had no knowledge about this. They refused to accommodate us even though we offered to pay extra. We called and the head of OYO rooms talked to the manager but he still refused. They did not even let us keep our bags and as two girls in the city at such early time in the morning we had to roam around the city with our bags. The manager was very rude throughout. The rooms were clean and spacious enough but the rudeness cannot be tolerated. They didn't even have the decency to talk to us like humans. Don't even think about booking rooms here.

Management have lot of scope to increase cleanliness. Staff is making much noise, so I was not able to sleep in afternoon for what I took hotel. Hotel can have own laundry at least washing by having washing machine. BEST PART IS 24HRS CHECKOUT FACILITY. VERY CLOSE TO MAJESTIC BUS STATION AND WALKING TO METRO STATION WITH NORMAL LUGGAGE.

Receptionist denied checkin and asked for more money than the one that I have already paid in oyo. Please don't waste your time by choosing this hotel. He was also fully rude.

I don't think anyone should book this hotel my son and daughter stay for a night in this hotel and bed bugs bite them. the room was full of Cockroaches and the bed bugs room was different as shown on oyo websites even they did not provide complete bill details. worst experience ever

Room is full of cockroaches and unhygienic, TV not working, they don't even have cartridge for printer. But they are good at billing of rupees 728 per day for single room along with gst.

Worst hotel stay experience I ever had... The hotel staff were behaving as we booked the rooms for granted. We made the complete payment through make my trip beforehand. We booked for 6 rooms and they ordered us to stay in 2 rooms.. Such an inappropriate and pathetic staffing. Never ever think of booking this hotel. It's a kind request to all

Please don't book here... Very worst experience from the hotel staffs. We booked from make mytrip and complete payment was done weeks before.after reaching there, they were telling that no rooms are available and no refund.. They were shouting without giving explanation. Kindly plz don't book rooms there.

The hotel that I had planned to stay at got over booked and I was forced to go door to door in an auto rikshaw at 4:30 AM looking for a place to stay. Majestic Bus Stand has lots of hotels around it. Most were way beyond my budget. Hotel Shree Pawan Paradise had a tiny over rated room but since I wasn't staying the night that wasn't an issue. The area has a bad reputation and the one way road makes conveyance a nightmare. The staff was unruly and did not have keys to the room that I kept my luggage in. I had to shift to the third floor to an unoccupied room so I could keep my things locked. The reception was unprofessional and the overall atmosphere was that of distrust and fear.
