Good hotel marred by house keeping. The hotel is very nice at a great location. So many restaurants nearby and has access to public transport too. Housekeeping is the worst I have ever faced so far. They do not clean the room unless asked. Despite mentioning to clean it every day, out of 11 days stay I had to ask on 8 days because it wasn't cleaned till 6:30 PM and again have to remind. It's a hassle to have the room cleaned during work meetings. They never seemed to bother despite explicitly mentioning this; reply was housekeeping folks forgot. Never have I encountered such poor house keeping even in hotels that charge half the price per night; they charge a premium without adequate service. Even if the room is cleaned, bath towel, water, etc. wouldn't be replenished. Housekeeping still doesn't clean well and they don't seem to be trained at all. I do not recommend since it's not worth dealing with the hassle. Bathroom washbasin was leaking, leaked water was occupying half the bathroom floor and not even looked at despite mentioning it multiple times.

The hotel is at a prime location with many food joints in the vicinity. The rooms are clean & our stay was comfortable. The support staff is efficient & co-operative. Would definitely recommend!

Centrally located in Kalyan Nagar, surrounded by numerous restaurants, pretty decent rooms with clean bathroom, worth staying

We had a wonderful stay at the Uptown suits.The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many times, Excellent place to stay, Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help Highly recommended

Wonderful place to stay, the place is clean and rooms are spacious. The owner is very helpful and humble. The location is great with all Nearby restaurants. My visit was in December the weather and the street was with full Christmas lighting’s.
