Reply for hotel response: We never used iron box or kettle. I am wondering where did they come from. Please don't write wrong things. For TV connection we did call the front office person but we were told currently cable services not available. Regarding parking, front office person told no parking available and we parked at our friend's place. Regarding bed spread change, we did inform and nothing was done. I am a frequent traveler and I do write honest reviews regarding my each and every place of visit. Hope management can look into this. FIRST REVIEW: Pros: spacious room, elevator, AC, huge bathroom with western toilet Cons: cleanliness- 0, we could find hair and dirt on the floor and even on the bed. See pics. They did not change when complained. Bathroom sink had stains. Midnight they turn off power, we could not charge our phones. How we came to know? Morning when complained they turned on one switch and magic, we got power. AC switch will be turned off, we need to request to turn it on. You have TV but no cable or channels available to watch. May be it was just for Decoration. Phone available but no where phone number is written to contact the front desk. Calling bell 🔔 available but no one responded throughout our stay. You have to go down and then contact them. No parking space available. Park at your own risk wherever you get space.

Book it at your own risk! It was an horrible experience! Manager was a goon! Booking amount was paid, but during checkout they demanded for extra money! When we refused to pay, manager behaved very bad and threatened us! Quality for the room was too bad! Bed, wardrobe were of very poor quality! Not even worth 1 star. worst experience! What response the owner has provided is not true! Exactly at 10.58 they knocked the door and said us to check out! The check out was exactly at 11 dot!

One of the worst lodge. Not even deserve 1 star, very poor service, worst management, rude behaviour of servants, lodge is full of mosquitos, we got room in 3rd floor, the servants used to drunk and roaming till midnight 1 o clock No parking space for car we have to park it in some open space. No basic requirements like soap , shampoo, hand wash etc To have food they didnt even provide spoons plates we have to wash plates ourselves Parmesh is very very rude he treat us very badly. Due to heavy mosquitos we didnt slept whole night. My 9 month baby wont sleep due to full of mosquitos. So we asked for coil or something else but his response is should I catch that mosquito itseems . He behaves very rudely. He use to scold always.not only him but everyone is very rude. Lodge looks classy from outside but nothing is classy everything is dummy.

Worst place and service. They treat you like a govt hospital. Guy at the reception dont even know how to talk. Reserved for 2nights didnt even stay there for 30mins. They have spent $$ to their place to make it look luxury. But they dont know they need to give good customer service to stay intact in the hospitality business.

One of the worst experience. Rooms are congested and service is poor. I have booked room via Oyo . So it was worst service and response from hotel. Why should I have to justify. U are in a place to give justice to customer money. I have booked hotel via Oyo. As per Oyo check out is 12 to 12. I came back to hotel by 11.45 and checked out within time. But ur person has charged for another day saying our time is till 11 only so for extra 45 min u have to pay another day charges. Are we fool sitting here to listen ur stories. He has not even refunded my deposit amount. U have cheated me. Come to room mater. We have booked extra bed right. Room available just staight from ur receiption is that for 3 adult and 1 kid. U have given that bcos we booked from Oyo so u will get lesser money and late so why should we provide better. This is ur attitude and worst response.
