I stayed at this hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was given a room on the 2nd floor, which turned out to be very noisy because the lounge above created constant disturbance late into the night. To make matters worse, there was a noisy family with children running and screaming in the corridors at 4 AM. Despite complaining to the staff twice, no action was taken and the disturbance continued. For a hotel that claims to offer comfort and hospitality, this lack of concern for guest rest and privacy is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend management to either soundproof the rooms near the lounge or take guest complaints seriously. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here if you value a peaceful night’s sleep.

Three different prices provided by three different receptionists. Simply hiking prices and looting tourist like a thief. Try to avoid!

Rooms were very tidy and neat. But there was no hot water available when I stayed there from Jan 11 to Jan 13. I had booked in Ixigo for Rs. 3229 for 2 days. For 1.6k per room, I expected 24*7 hot water, a soap and toothpaste. Atleast hot water is a must, but was not available. Complimentary breakfast is provided which has either Idly or Dosa along with Bread and boiled eggs. The breakfast is fine, but there was no coffee. It is very sad to see no coffee in Chikmagalur.

It was a nightmare staying in cockroach infested room. We went ahead booking this place based on good reviews now I wonder if they were paid ones. The receptionist didn't even utter a word when he saw so many dead roaches lying on the floor and gave us a replacement room which had relatively less. The bedsheet and blanket haven't been washed for a long time. A lot of napthalene balls have been placed in the room.Dirty and stained bathroom.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
