OYO Flagship Navarathna Residency

Sorry, but I have nothing good to say about this stay. Booked through OYO, they messed the booking up so gave us a discount to stay here. Unfortunately it was another 30 minutes down the road, and no where near as nice as the original place we booked at. We booked for 3 people, but when we got there they said they only had 2 person rooms and we'd have to book a second room; when they showed us the second room it was setup with 3 beds ready to go, so then had to cancel the first room. The beds were bad and made really loud noises everytime you moved which would wake you up in the night. The fan could only be set to OFF or TORNADO. Hot water didn't work. Door was hard to close properly, and when you did manage to close it, it was almost impossible to open again. Location was very bad, 30 minutes drive from closest sights to see, and straight across the road from the bus and auto stops.

That was a very bad experience. We entered the lodge at 6 am. We just wanted to dress up so we asked the manager a room just for 2 hours to take bath and to have relax. He told that the charges are 500. We accepted it , he assured us for hot water facility. the room was so compact and it was just a 10x10 room. There was no hot water for bathing. When we contacted the MANAGER we were told that the weather is not good and he can't provide us hot water. So please don't go to this place. If you go you will surely have a bad experience. I hate this hotel.

Only advantage of staying in the hotel is closeness to bus stand. Other wise this lodge is located next to bar and you can smell liquor. Even the reception guy seem to have had few shots who questioned our booking itself. Not a great place if you are with family. Only for bachelors. Inside the rooms, it's very clean and decently spacious. Entrance to the hotel is very narrow.

If you are staying with family, please do not book this hotel. They demand extra money even after paying full money in advance. The reception is not at all customer friendly. There are always 3-4 extra person looking at the checking in ladies. Please do not book this hotel for family.

We went there on July 2019 with three members hotel was good, opp to bus stand near Soundarya hotel. Room was good and spacious with good amenities. Main concern hotel way path we need to find the path because its only 3 feet path to access the hotel. No parking available.but its safety to park vehicle in roadside. Safe hotel for stay. Best for business, couples, family, friends there is only one difficulty is access to the hotel is conjusted,

Worst experience. Rooms are not properly cleaned. 1st of all this is not a hotel. No room service. No hot water. TV and AC remote are not working. We have booked 2 AC rooms but at the time of check in one room provided to us and other one provided at 5 pm.

Very bad place Unprofessional management We booked ac room from oyo when we arrived then there was no ac room we have to stay in non ac room Bathroom was not clean

Not friendly atmosphere, better choose some other hotel. They demanded more money, don't book through Oyo. Not good for family as well as friends
