RAINBOW COMFORTS (LODGE)

In this review I gave one star but to the most it doesn't even deserve 0.25 . It is by far the worst and utterly most disgusting thing I ever even seen or went to. The owner is literally just so horrible and rude aswell as arrogant . I would never want to go to or even near this. The whole place itself is trash. The name is rainbow comforts but it's not suitable for the way how it is , there is no comfort and seriously so much attitude . One of my friends and I went together. We did not like it and she put a review and he wantedly wrote a horrible review back even thought whatever we said was true . So since he was treating us arrogantly even I will say that this (rainbow hell) lodge is the worst . And yes I misspelt it wantedly as it doesn't even deserve my time to get a spelling correction. By concluding it's the worst . Even if someone pays u money to go here, never come here.

Owner uncle talking too much I ask some information about Mullayanagiri He said search in google I asked near by any restaurant his there He said check in google I recommending don’t go any one Last day I paid room rent in upi He said pay this QR code Then I send amount Then next day old uncle asked why are you pay that scanner that is my son account ? What is my mistake? There 2 scanners is he put that’s paid Don’t go any one that lodge 🙏

Best place to Rent a room near to the bus station, owners and staff is very co operative. Neat and clean. Privacy wise rooms are Highly recommend.

One of the worst service i ever had, i had booked the Rainbow comforts from MAKE MY TRIP, and comfort owner called me and asked to cancel the booking as the comfort is full, and said make my trip customer care asked him to call the customer to cancel the booking, and After few Hours we called from another mobile number and asked for same room and he said it is available for 2500 Rupees, and we booked it for 1870 rupees from make my trip, Totally money minded owner, if u book from online booking portal, He will ask you to cancel the booking , and sells it for more price to others , NOT AT ALL RECOMENDED FOR FAMILIES AND OTHERS TOO , Stay way from this comfort @ RAINBOW COMFORTS ---> If your are not providing services don't keep it in online portals

Never believe in this hotel, even if we have the confirmation for the hotel , first of all they will not pick your call , after so many times u tried they will answer and tell us we don't have rooms ..what's the matter of booking online then ????? And answered in a rude way....will not recommend this

Its so nice for stay, rooms are clean beautiful and the service is extremely awesome, I loved this place, the owner and all staff are superb. Always ready to help out. Thank-you for your favor and service.

I've stayed in here for more than more than three times in AC as well as non AC rooms in a couple of years, when I usually travel on this way for resting purpose, and all the time I've stayed, rooms were neat and hygiene including the bathrooms (AC rooms have a good ambience)..If you're looking for a genuine, trustworthy and safe stays, I would definitely recommend to go for this in CHIKKAMAGALURU.
