It was a nightmare staying in cockroach infested room. We went ahead booking this place based on good reviews now I wonder if they were paid ones. The receptionist didn't even utter a word when he saw so many dead roaches lying on the floor and gave us a replacement room which had relatively less. The bedsheet and blanket haven't been washed for a long time. A lot of napthalene balls have been placed in the room.Dirty and stained bathroom.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It's a very well maintained hotel, cozy rooms with hot water facilities. They also have In room service. Note: complimentary breakfast on weekends which was very delicious and had decent spreads. Will definitely recommend.

overall its good for the price paid . nothing too much to add , its located at a convenient 0lace , the rooms are a lil cramped but what more can u expect at the price . no modes of transport nearby , might have to walk a little

The rooms are okay and you might get good view but there is no one for service. The Maya restaurant around provides excellent food and the coffee plantation and scenic mountain trails are very nearby.

It's a nice experience. Well maintained stay and well behaved staff. Breakfast was tasty just like home food. They have ac and non ac rooms.

Third class receptionist. Need to know how to talk to guest who come to enquire about hotel and availability. Next time try not to judge people. Management you lost 10 room nights business just because of your receptionist.

Rooms were infested with cockroaches, second room had same problem, rooms & bathroom were dirty, will never go back again.
