Basement parking is cool. Lobby area is grand. The room and toilet were pretty old and mainly they weren’t properly cleaned up (had remains of hairs of previous users on the floors and the bed). Location is okeydokeys, can walk to bus stand, bars, hotels, movie hall, etc.

Had made a bulk booking for the family. The stay was ok. The chair broke when my cousin sat on it, luckily he wasn't hurt. What if an elderly person had tried sitting on it, fell and hurt themself? The 2nd floor is the worst. They show good rooms while booking and when you book 8-10 rooms they say that they have limited rooms with Western toilets and will have to take rooms with Indian toilets as well at the very last moment. Somehow I managed to get what I wanted for my relatives. So be careful and don't be blinded by the great looking waiting lounge at the ground floor and well spoken front desk receptionist/manager. Have also seen that few negative ratings have been deleted by the owners/management recently. Will update if mine gets deleted.

One of worst room till ever visit in davangere, no proper room service, no kettle for hot water, iron box not available, no WiFi, lights are not working properly, dey don't even repair it, vry bad experience, staffs and receptionist is too rude, paid 2k for rooms, but dis rooms are not worth more dan 750rs. No lift service till parking lot.

Staff was rude who refused to even talk when I tried waking him up at 03. 30 Am. Why shud they keep the lodge open if they don’t want to lend room at this time

Having vacant rooms the staff didn't gave room at 3 am. Initially the rooms were available and after negotiating the price when we start unloading our luggage they said no rooms available. Without stating any reason how can anyone behave like this. Very bad service 😒

Rooms are average. It's like a topical lodge. Everywhere Smelling like cigarettes. Old furniture etc. Don't go with family.

I stayed at one of the worst lodges in this location. The place was horrible, as some of the local guides had warned. When I booked the hotel online, they didn't even have a room available, but they managed to adjust and provide a room with very bad service. The doors didn't lock properly, and there was no room service despite my requests. They didn't offer Wi-Fi, and only selected channels were available on the TV. Even the watchman asked for money for his tea for every small task. The only decent part was the reception area, which felt like an international hotel. My blanket was dirty and had holes in it, and there were no hangers for clothes as promised online. If I could, I would give this property 0 stars.

I reserved my accommodation via MMT, aiming for a reasonably priced hotel. Despite the initial impression of a well-maintained exterior and reception area, the rooms do not meet the same standard. Nevertheless, considering the cost, it remains a worthwhile purchase, offering parking facilities. While lacking an in-house restaurant, the hotel arranges service from nearby establishments. The staff provides commendable service and shows respect for guests. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
