Hotel G R T Square

We had an average experience on our stay in the hotel. The rooms have basic amenities like ac, wifi, intercom, kettle. But the bedsheets and linen were soiled and looked dirty. So the management team can improve on that. The jet spray in the washroom was leaking. So overall needs to improve the maintenance.

Decent hotel which looks relatively new and listed in a very competitive price on goibibo. Has become my go to place with so many good food options in walkable distances.

Great Stay, But Room for Improvement I initially thought I would rate this hotel 3/5, as I had booked the room two days prior, but upon arrival, I had to wait about 10 minutes for the room to be cleaned and ready, which was frustrating after a long journey when all I wanted was to rest. Additionally, there was nobody to help us with our luggage from the basement, which was disappointing. After verifying my documents (which took a little while as the reception guy was busy talking), someone eventually came to help, but by that time, we had already managed to carry the luggage to our room ourselves. However, once we got into the room, we were really happy with the condition—it looked just like the images online. The linen was soft and clean, and the bed was comfortable, which gave us a very cozy feeling. The bellboy was kind and very helpful, and the washroom was clean and well-maintained. They had hand wash, shampoo, and body wash, which was a nice touch. The food options were also great, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was really helpful as I had some work to do. There was even a work desk in the room, making it more convenient for me to work on my laptop. They also offer a kettle with creamer and other options, which added a nice personal touch. Overall, we had a really good experience, and it turned out to be much better than I initially expected, which led me to revise my rating to 4/5. 😊

The facility is not good . We are waiting for check in room upto 1 hour at the outside only...There is no chair set with tipaayi in the room .. No hot water facility... Simply we are wasting 3 hours in the room only .. In the hotel no one will be there to ask any room service ..

Excellent place to stay in Dharwad. Located on the main road, easy access and good service. The rooms are spacious and clean and very nicely maintained. The linen was clean though the cushion covers could use a wash. There is a sofa and a working table and a electric kettle in the room. even a cupboard. so well appointed rooms. The bathroom also has a shampoo and soap dispenser and clean. Polished concrete as flooring and walls made it look very nice and gave an earthy smell when the walls are wet.

I stayed here for two days and had a smooth check-in experience, thanks to the generous staff. The location is convenient, close to food spots, on the main road, and easy to find. The rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. It is an affordable and safe stay.

Good location, clean looking (ONLY) rooms Great location. Only worry is on the pests in the room like tiny cockroaches. We informed but unfortunately no other rooms were available. Had to keep all the luggage on tables with Laxman Rekha applied around them. Staff offered to spray pest repellents but tolerating that smell was the last thing we were interested. Good the room at good deal by booking in advance. Support staff were good. Breakfast is offered in veg and non veg combined place.

The premise is cleanly maintained. It's near the railway station and bus stop. I highly recommend this place for staying at Dharwad.
