Please do not visit this property. The so-called owner has an exceptional attitude and sets up his own rules once after taking advances. In fact he and his influenced staff blamed us for a television breakage, when the staff was clearly admitted he had broken it. I went to attend a friend's marriage but the most regretful decision of my life was to book this in advance. I come from the same place, some of my friends were from the north, he started blaming even them, its just that he controlled his behaviour as I started yelling at him. Request, if someone planning, do not... Not a single person would be at your service.

Rooms are good. Neatly Maintained. Situated in good and hygenic area. Surrounded by good Restaurents, coffee bar and sweet stall. Staff behavior is good.

We had booked more than 13–15 rooms for our reception, but when we arrived at 11 PM, we found out that 4–5 of our reserved rooms had been given away. The owner claimed we canceled, which we absolutely didn't. The hotel suggested us squeezing our guests into other rooms with extra beds, even though we were fully prepared to pay for the rooms we initially booked. This was beyond frustrating, and we warned them about leaving reviews on Google. The owner not only ignored our concerns, but had the nerve to ask us to delete any potential negative Google reviews while settling the full payment. It's unbelievable. The rooms might have been good, but the owner's attitude was absolutely rude.

Room is good and the price reasonable. Giving one star to highlight the horrible experience one of the staff caused us. We had booked rooms giving tentative check in and checkout time as 1pm and 3pm respectively. Sensing an opportunity for another booking, the staff started calling us at 12pm the next day and insisted that we checkout. We explained him the we have given him the checkout time as 3pm but he wouldn’t listen. We had to leave our function midway and checkout. Not only did the hotel not give us the option to stay for the complete 24hrs (this hotel operates with 24hrs booking), but made us checkout 3 hrs earlier than what we had agreed upon. All just for a few extra bucks.

It was a pleasant stay. I found it one of the best hotel at the best location of Dharwad. Restaurants, shops everything is at near proximity. Mishra sweets is just below the hotel. So it’s a happening place.
