Very nice place to stay, I reached out with my family to stay with this place, very near and tidy and good atmosphere to stay for a day or two near by you have all refreshments available, it was good experience for us

No complaints about the rooms. They are OK. (Not great). Hotel is located in a commercial complex. But the issue is about the basement parking for which entrance is common for the commercial complex. When we went to check in, we found that a car was parked in front of the entrance and we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for locating the driver. He was taking rest inside the nearby major brand apparel stores!!!!. Finally he came and when we questioned him he started to abuse us and also threatened us. My request to the hotel authorities atleast to keep a security person at the entrance to avoid such incidents. This incident happened in May 2023. With such a bad experience I have decided not to visit this hotel.

Very clean rooms and bed. They need to better their toilet cleaning specially the European toilet. Good value place. Staff is very helpful. Has basement parking. Other than toilet everything is good.

Rooms are really good. They don't have a proper kitchen yet, so don't expect any food from them. It is on a main road which gives you a good access to public transport like bus. Also near to medical and dental college which may be helpful in case of emergency. Staff are still under trained so expect some mishap, but overall it's a good place to stay and sleep. Rooms are really cheap which is great.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice and I must say it was an excellent experience each time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to move around and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel is ideal, providing easy access to Sattur Chigari Bus stop(Opposite) and walking distance to SDM dental college. One of the best parts of our stay was that it was not expensive, despite the excellent service and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area. Free Wifi

The hotel is good and clean. Staff is OK. With a little more upgradation and professionalism in upkeep and service, it could suddenly jump: providing a different level of lovely experience. It is a little away from Dharwad. Those having a vehicle, no problem. Even otherwise, Chigari's Sattur stop is just in front of the hotel. A good hotel.
