This hotel is near to Keshavpur circle and Hubli Railway Junction also. They offer 3 types of room: 1. Double /Delux Non AC Rooms @ 840 Rs/- 2. Double /Delux AC Rooms @ 1400 Rs/- 3. Single Bed Non AC rooms @ 540 Rs/- (More affordable & Decent, Best for Budget stay). They have their Hotel restaurant, where room service is also available. #Reception Staffs are too honest & obedient. #Hotel Smells cigarette and Drinks kind of thing, which I found Not good. #Daily Room cleaning will be there. # Hot water is only from 6:00 AM TO 10:00AM. #TV will be there in all rooms.

Bad room conditions , not for family at all . Only one room on 2nd floor is good with balcony. Rest of the rooms are not good. Water is not good. Location is good. Whatever you order for the room service has to be paid upfront. Family people shouldn’t stay here.

Nice place to stay, I found it better than dormitory for two people, clean and spacious rooms gives you old school vibes. 840 Rs. a room for two people. Food service is not available at the hotel so you can check out the restaurants in front of the Hubbali junction, you will be surprised with the quality. Moonlight restaurant's veg biryani and Jaggery tales tea are must try.

Oldest hotel. Not hygiene, poor maintenance.. entire hotel booked for marriage so stayed here otherwise I wouldn't selected this hotel. Most of the reviews given by other guests were True 👍 . Convenient and easily accessible place but hotel management needs to improve maintenance. At least 3 or 5 years once paining has to be done 😀

According to location the prices are reasonable. Room's are good. Services are also good.

The property is maintained well. In the middle of the town , not very far from bus stand , railway station. Has Parking. Spacious rooms and reception. Good price range. The only thing I did not like here is the hot water supply in bathroom. They make us waste a lot of cold water with an excuse that the boiler is at the top.
