Visited for business purpose, stay was ok connectivity is good enough. After staying for 9nights i was asked to pay for 10 nights while checkout from a cheeky receptionist who wanted to scam us without any prior information on why so! When we asked they told we have exceeded our checkout timings which only got to know at billing time when bill was exceeding. Receptionist Suraj helped us n understood the goofup what the other person was doing and he help us out while billing. If u are going to stay dont trust anyone including the owner, suraj as an experience person understand the ethical ways of doing things rest everyone is for extracting money from you. Beaware and proactive in this cases, according to the owner all hotels does the same from donkey years.so he asked us also to do the same.

Rooms not as per the photos shown. bathrooms below average very smelly. Worse behavior No hot water fecility, common heat water system. They wont release when we require or as per scheduled. After paid 1600 rupes for 8 hours. No respect, service or hot water.

Stayed at Bharati Lodge for a night. It’s centrally located so finding the place was straight forward. They have adequate parking space. Breakfast spread was decent and taste was really good. Rooms are spacious and washroom was clean and hygienic. Overall good value for money. Recommended!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Basic amenities like clean washroom, linen and towels were all there. Great value for money. Breakfast variety was good and all dishes very tasty

An old looking building in the midst of dust & hustling of Old Hubli beside the Old Bus Stand. It is not very different from the other buildings nearby. Though it look like a building eons back with an odd architecture, however inside you will find car parking space, though not well maintained as cleanliness is an issue. But has to be considered that it is only a Lodge and not a Hotel. Rooms are not terrific but spacious enough with neat bathroom. Bath towels and blankets were speaking ages, though appears clean. Ample furniture was provided with a couple of chairs, a coffee table, wardrobe etc. Hot water is available in bathroom from 6AM to 10 AM as in the case of many lodges nearby. Lobby is provided in every floor. But the Sofa and the chairs provided there appears many decades old. Toilet pipes, cisterns outlets and the whole system of tubes & pipes is appearing and laid through the walls and are not concealed, appears very primitive and a poor touch. Staffs appears very cordial.

Fan only run at high speed ,no speed adjustment .so you can not use fan indirectly. Blanket and bed sheet are horrible and sure you will start to get allergies. Over all not at all worth for money. I Never revisit this place and I will not recomend.
