Very worst service, way of treating customers there's no humanity their owners and workers, irrespective to customers...very worst worst

I was hesitant to book this hotel looking at the reviews. But to my surprise, it turned out quite satisfactory. -Rooms were neat and clean. -My room had issues with the AC and the management changed the room in 20mins of complaining. -Location is right in the heart of the city -It does have issues with car parking (limited parking space) 3-4car parking space. -You can’t park on the roads as it is very busy area -They DON’T accept bookings from OYO. -Toiletries and towels were not given

We had book 4 rooms from 17 to 20 th of this month. I had never seen such poor service in hotel industry. 1) They won't have car parking space they are asking in mid night to remove car for other car remove . 2) They don't know the meaning of house keeping after repeating request no one to attend customers request Amazing. 3) no room service. 4) manager are making fun of our suggestions. I won't like to spend one night on foot path rather than such useless Hotel.

One of the worst hotel considering customer satisfaction. They don't consider online booking and blames it on the online agency for this mess. After my decision for cancellation and possible fear of blacklisted they accomodated me to their other property. While checking out the manager of other property demands offline payment which was never communicated at the time of check-in with the excuse that the booking was in different hotel so the payment remains cancelled. Mostly this is the modus operandi of such hotels to earn extra income.

100% Scam Hotel, they will list their Inventories in OYO & AGODA for Rs. 1000, once you reach the hotel they will say they are not associated, then charge you Rs. 2500 for a NON-AC room, better stay away out of the scamsters, managers extract additional money to stay (Not worth it).

Though this is my first visit to Kalburgi or Gulbarga, I'm glad the company chose this hotel for me. Most people don't appreciate how wonderful it is to be pleasantly recieved at 4am! And, I had left my wallet, cards etc at home in a hurry. The youngster at the counter Md Imtiaz was extremely helpful. He gave me a nice room and asked me not to worry. He was awake and smiling too! Full Mark's for service! The room is airy, AC, clean bathrooms, bed linen etc. And yes the location is superb and central. I can walk to the railway station and the PDA College. I completely agree with their catch phrase of luxury and comfort.

At 12am they ask us to vacate to another room because they’ve some doctor guests over, when we ourselves are one. No basic facilities provided. Money minded managers. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone !
