The reception guy was very cooperative and there was another guy who helped me to get the room I don't remember his name but if you are watching this review I really appreciate your help brother. Now the hotel is very close to Bande Nawaz Dhargha in walkable distance rooms and the washroom was quite clean also there was hot water bedsheet and pillows neat and clean TV was with free channels they miss or they don't recharge DTH service as there was no watchable channel. Why did 4 stars for this hotel because the room ceiling fan did not work properly it was just rotating and there was no wind we did inform the reception that they told me the electrician will fix this by 10:00 am it was never fixed. Overall it was a good stay but I will suggest people check all the amenities before booking a room in this hotel.

Very close to dargah sharif. I recommend for off season as the rates fluctuates accordingly the day you visit. Clean n neat. Need some improvement in terms of aesthetic betterment. Charged rs 2500 for 4 person for 24 hr stay

The very worst staff's I have seemed in my life. The staff's don't know manners and how to talk and behave with customers. We are paying money for staying In hotel so treat customer as good. I stayed many like 1 star , 2 star , 3 star but the staff will behave and talk with like 5 star hotel manners. 1. No drinking water. 2. Worst staff's 3. What time u check in and same that u want to checkout if u not do they treat in good way. 4. In Delhi agra jaipur ajmer all place they will allow earlier check in but they don't tell to check out same time 12pm is checkout. 5. Price wise very worst hotel. 6. Don't trust the review and book the hotel.

Staff and people in general are warm. We had checked out on sunday morning and they allowed us to keep our luggage while we went out for lunch and visited Dargah. Hotel is close to dargah. Faizaan restaurant is one of the finest and just next door. They are hospitable and friendly

Please be prepared while taking this hotel they won't allow late check-out in spite of that they will ask you for more money...i would suggest there are many other hotels nearby which are far better than this.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and facilities during my recent stay at AR Grand Residency Hotel in Kalaburagi. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: Customer Service: The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. I felt that their manner of speaking with customers lacked the respect and politeness expected in the hospitality industry. Drinking Water Facility: There was no proper drinking water facility provided. I was informed that there is a separate supply of water for customers and hotel staff. This practice is unacceptable and raises concerns about the quality and hygiene of the water provided to guests. Despite the website stating that RO water is available, the water tasted like borewell water, which is not suitable for drinking. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not face similar problems. Providing quality customer service and essential amenities is crucial for maintaining the reputation of your establishment. The cleanliness and hygiene is top notch, the rooms re very well maintained and cleaned. 24 hrs hot water greatly helped us during our stay. The service is super fast and our stay was very pleasant. Will only get down at AR grand residency in future for every Gulbarga trip

Very good hotel service was good and toilet was neat and clean I will always stay in this hotel when ever I visit again and also recommend the same to other who want to visit
