I am giving 1 star because of their behaviour I want 1 hr more but they don't have any mercy for extending 1 hr and charged me for that stupid , sometime money is not something which matters consider someone situation, they don't have any empathy

Good place to stay as people say but management people is arrogant like they don't talk politely when you ask questions regarding service & charges like they feel if person interested, he or she will pay.

The staff and management are good and room is good and all services are good only the bath room is dirty

This good hotel and room but receptionist staff is room charges extra 1600 charge and online show 900
