RESHMA COMPLEX

Worst experience ever. They do not update their room availability on booking apps. The rooms are shown as available and we made the full payment. When we arrived we were denied the check in saying they are fully booked. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to us as we were travelling during peak season with senior citizens. Do not trust this hotel based on their availability on apps EVER.

It's a simple and basic lodging with both ac and non ac rooms located on the main road with parking space. There's no restaurant for food and and hence customers will have to depend on other hotels nearby. The ground floor and first floor are occupied by shops and commercial offices. The lodging is on the second and third floor with a service lift.

Recently stayed there for 5 days. I stayed there because I couldn't get anything closer to NITK. However, I liked this place very much. The calm area is soothing. The room is spacious. The front office people were friendly and helpful. There is a bank branch/ATM, medical store, super market in the complex. A few restaurants are nearby. Good place to stay.

It is budget friendly hotel with very neat and clean rooms.The host is very nice and friendly person.If you are planning for the trip to kateel and nearby places then must stay hotel.

Stayed recently here. Very neat and clean lodge. All basic things are available including Wi Fi, hot water, parking etc. Bus stop, rikshaw stand, market, eateries are nearby. just across Panchami is great for snacks. Staff is very helpful, specially its manager Sitaram. he arranged transport for me even at odd hours. one specialty of this lodge is providing packaged water bottle unlimited. strongly recommended.

Pocket friendly, clean and safe place to stay at. Amazing customer service and decent facilities. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a stay in the centre of the city.

If you are staying in the locality affordable place.. clean rooms and good service. You might have to take walk to Restaurant around.. but managers are good and helpful.. Seetharam Shetty was really helpful...
