I had a terrible experience with my booking, I initially booked at Shri Matha Lodge. After making an advance payment of ₹2000 for three rooms, we were asked to check-in at Yamuna Vihar lodge, and also asked to pay an additional amount that was not shown at the time of booking. I chose not to argue because I was with my family. Unfortunately, all three rooms were filthy, with dirt and grime covering the walls and floor tiles. The bathrooms were completely disgusting, with uncleaned closets. It's clear that the rooms had not been properly cleaned or maintained in a while. I strongly advise against booking this lodge. If you do decide to book, be cautious of their practices and ensure you clarify all terms and conditions before making a payment.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. We were not allowed to park our vehicle in the designated parking area. Instead, we had to leave the keys at the reception, and they refused to take responsibility for our car. If anything went missing, it would be our responsibility. When we raised our concerns, we were treated poorly and asked to leave our room. This was the worst experiences 👎

Very Bad experience when we take room there could not allow to park the vehicle inside there parking area. When we park our vehicle there place give the key on reception. They not take responsibility of our vehicle. If any thing miss from our car the responsibility is on our. When we asked about this, they let us down from the room. Very Bad experience ever 👎

I planned to book a room at different hotel at first .To ensure everything was set, I asked my Kannada-speaking friends to call and confirm the reservation. They informed us that booking online wasn’t necessary since they couldn't guarantee confirmation that way. Instead, they would note our names in their reservation book. When we offered to pay in advance, they declined, assuring us that our names were recorded. However, on the day I was heading to the temple, I received a call demanding immediate payment or they would cancel our room. They also mentioned that there were no available slots at the hotel which i wanted and offered to book us a room at Yamuna Vihar instead. I questioned why they hadn’t accepted my advance payment earlier, but got no satisfactory answer. It felt like clear intimidation to make me pay. I requested a picture of the new room if the hotel was to be changed. Both hotels were adjacent to each other, so when they sent the picture and it looked acceptable, I agreed. The room was decent and right in front of the temple, though the washroom was subpar and had an unpleasant smell. Given that it was only for two days, we decided to manage. The cost was 4500 INR per day, which I felt was overpriced for the room’s quality. Nonetheless, it was conveniently located and spacious enough for four people, so it was acceptable. * They dont give IRON BOX HERE (So press your clothes from home and bring) * They dont accept CARDS *And the Photo which i uploaded was send by them and the room looked exactly like it.

Disappointing Experience at Yamuna Vihar Kollur- I recently had the displeasure of staying at Yamuna Vihar Kollur, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of disappointing and infuriating. Despite being charged at the rates of a 5-star hotel, the facilities and service were utterly subpar—no coffee offered, and the overall service was abysmal. What’s more concerning is the apparent collusion between Agoda and the hotel. We were charged approximately Rs 6000/- for a stay that other superior hotels charge only Rs 2500/-. Furthermore, despite Agoda's assurance of paying at the hotel, our booking was inexplicably canceled by the hotel, forcing us to send advance payments to secure our reservation. As a long-time loyal customer of Agoda, this experience has shattered my trust completely. Never again will I trust or use your app after this appalling ordeal.

We had booked the rooms through a popular online hotel booking site and when booking it showed that we dont have to pay any advance amount and have to only pay directly at the hotel when checking-in. But as soon as we booked, we got a message from the hotel saying that we have to pay and advance amount of 30% or else we will not get the rooms. So we were forced to pay, because no other rooms were available in any other booking websites. This was the last room. Bad practise from both hotel and online booking site. Also when the person from hotel contacted us through whatsapp, he showed us big spacious rooms, but when we reached there the rooms were small. So please be very careful when booking at this hotel. So overall not at all happy with this hotel.
