Cauvery Suites

Rooms are quite spacious and just walking distance from the city centre. The caretaker was very attentive. We had a very good bed and breakfast after a tiring day of riding 300 Kms on bike.

Good rooms with great breakfast ...walkable distance from bus stand around 1.3km...must visit . In budget it is very good.

We stayed here for a day and night in between our roadtrip. A decent place worth the price. Homemade quality tasty food. The only thing that was difficult for us was the parking before 9.30pm. At 9.30pm they will lock the gate for parking. Need some more improvement in cleanliness as well.. Otherwise an average place for families to stay as well.

The room was spacious and comfortable. This will be good option for the people with medium budgets such as ~1.8k INR for 2 person. Cleanliness - 5 star Room(Non-Ac) - 5 star Location - 3 star Cost effective - 4 star Breakfast(Idli & Vada) - 4 star Lunch & Dinner - NA Overall - 4.2 star

I took this cauveri suits homestay for 2 days by checking reviews in gmaps and booking platforms which says it is very well maintained and nice hospatality but when i went there, it is totally different. Rooms looks like a old lodge. TV won't work at all.They provided two bisleri bottles which are seal broken and the caps are having dirt which signifies it is has been used long. Bathroom are even more worst, hot water is provided only in specified slots, No space to keep soap and shampoo and there is a transparent window in the bathroom😬 people from other building can easily peek from their balcony. Coming to the breakfast, they provided two vadas size equal to 1 month baby hand and few idly(idly is like sponge) which are tasteless. Balcony is slippery and dangerous and the stairs to parking not recommended for elders, even adults can't walk on those 3 inch steps properly. So I reduced my stay to 1 day and booked another 4star hotel with the same price.

Comfortable Homestay.... A family owned homestay tailored to your liking offering timely service. Clean & hygiene rooms & washrooms. TV is available. Hot water on specific timings available in morning and evening. Complimentary breakfast given. Lunch & Dinner provided but with cost as per the Menu card. Parking space available. Can experience a beautiful view of Town. Courteous Owner & staff.

I booked the place through happyeasygo, however when I reached the place I was informed by the manager that the property is already booked fully. I didn't get any email from happyeasygo or the hotel itself. I had to stand outside for 30-45 minutes in rain and cold. The hospitality of the property manager is poor. Then I had to look for another homestay where I had to pay 2500 because I had no other option. I lost my money on cauveri suites. Very poor experiance. The place, hill station, is like heaven but people are not so much hospitable.

The rooms here are spacious and clean. All furnishings felt new. Complimentary breakfast and coffee is provided if informed early. The room was ready when we arrived. Hot water is available between 6:30 - 9:30 both morning and evening. There is a small parking lot on the side which can accommodate around 4 cars. The view from windows is really nice. The only issue is the checkout time is not flexible. Overall the stay and service here was good.
