It was a decent lodge. On a tight budget,it is okay. They should improve their service like wifi range and cleanliness.

Feels uncomfortable, unsafe for family. Mostly unmarried couples were using the rooms. Not recommended for family. They make so many adjustments with rooms and shift your rooms frequently. I stayed fr 2 days n had to shift 3 times due to availability, geyser not functioning, no lock to the bathroom door etc. Price is reasonable fr the rooms. Fairly clean. But mostly rooms will have one or other issue.

budget friendly rooms We stay hospital visit 7 days non AC rooms . room have Geaser lift facilities and veg hotel 1st floor Housekeeping daily Clean and OK for reasonable price beds very poor not have kingzise If you looking stay budget friendly for Long days best options in this hotel If you need any help or informations Staff known good language & very well known all languages . Not have a calling bell on room

They say it's budget room, I completely agree with it. But, my stay here was a hell. I booked this room thinking this people give 24 hour booking from the time of check-in and I had a function to attend which was close by to this location. I had checked in on 20th December 7.15 am with my husband. I would like to list out few points for others to think twice before booking this place 1. I was given a room where bedspread was dirty with a hole in it. Also, no bottel or towel was given, moreover room had no floor mat or dustbin, also fan was almost dead it was not in working stage. I politely requested the receptionist to change the bedspread and floor mat as soon as I entered the room. Surprisingly, no one turned up for more than 2 hours. Finally, I went to reception to check the supervisor named Appu was so rude he said I just got the bedspread I'll give it to you. My point is I booked room 5 days prior and clearly told I'll check-in at 6.00 am, why the room was not neat. 2. My bedspread was changed after 4 followups in night around 9.30 pm and fab was fixed around 2.00 pm when I asked the supervisor Appu why the room was not ready before check-in my half day was spoiled, he bluntly gave response stating I'm fixing it now right it's not that I told I can't fix it. But, I lost the patience and my holiday mood by booking this room just to keep my luggage. 3. It was so humid that we thought we will shift the AC room and requested one of the receptionist to turn on AC he turned it and even after 30 - 45 min the AC gave no cooling it was in 16degree. So, we dropped plan to shift to AC. My holiday was ruined by booking this room. I'm ashamed to say being mangalorean I got trapped here.

First off all the location was too off even the people nearby didn't know about this place, rooms were pretty decent and clean but were too high in price , and the service was not quite good overall not recommended to others .

The location of this hotel is impeccable. It is close to the railway station and also to a major junction of Mangalore. Also, what stands out is there customer friendliness. We ended up getting into a crisis situation where we might have missed the train because of time crunch. However, the staff of this hotel helped us with very little explanation and request. With their support we could pack and catch an auto within a few minutes. Also, we could reach to the station. Hats off to them.

The worst stay I ever had. The room service guy will not care about anything he'll just give the keys to you and he is done. Even if you ask for anything he will not even respond. No hot water, no soaps, there's not even a drinking water facility. The rooms were totally dirty. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.
