Staff are very arrogant.Room Lock was not working. Flushing not effective. Fans working in one speed. When tell to the manager, he answered very roundly. He said, this much only can be arranged with your given rent. If you want to tell go and tell to the owner. This was the answer. Bad experience.

Reasons for not choosing this hotel: 1. The AC is not effective; even at 18°C, it feels hot! 2. There is an odd smell near the window area, making the table by the window side useless. 3. The main door lock is loose, making it difficult to lock from the inside. 4. The bathroom door lock is also loose, so you can't close the door properly. 5. The TV is useless; there are no channels available other than 2-3 free news channels. 6. The bed sheet doesn't look maintained or clean; sometimes it feels itchy. 7. The toilet flush is very tight, making it difficult for ladies to use. 8. The jet spray is slow. 9. Hot water is available between 7-8 AM, but the water doesn't look clean; it is yellowish. 10. The lift door sensors are not working properly. Reasons for choosing this hotel: 1. Prime location, near the railway station, city center, etc. 2. Somewhat affordable: AC rooms at ₹1500, Non-AC rooms at ₹1200 as of June 2024.

The bathrooms were very dirty. The pillow covers were torn & the room was full of dust. The bed sheets were really itchy🥲 I think since it was a non a/c it wasn’t well kept. The other a/c rooms were well maintained. The rooms also had this smell while entering. The water was yellow coloured to initially. The faucet was leaking too.

The room size was good but it felt dirty and the smell was there. The bathrooms were not good. Although the price was a bit less compared to hotels in that area. Early check-in and check-out option was there.

Not a Good Hotel as they show. But staff were good. Only for staff 3 start else 1.5 star for room condition. I don't know about other room condition but, our room condition was not good for the price. our room temperature didn't came down from 26deg even if I kept the temperature to 18deg. You have to keep fan running to feel cool. if you switch off fan then temperature was going to 29 to 30 deg. So please imaging the quality of the AC. Not worth for the price. Room service available minimum wait time is 45min. So please do it before you are hungry. If you still need a room then I recommend to check the room physically before booking the room. Don't book online and regret later.

The hotel is situated in the city centre, making it easily accessible to shopping centres by walk. The rooms are relatively spacious including the bathroom. We had booked a Double Occupancy (AC) through goibibo; when we arrived the receptionist allotted us a Triple bed (AC) room with no additional charge as the Double occupancy was full (feels amazing?). I wonder what they would have done if the triple bed room was full as well. I expect that IF I BOOK A ROOM THEN IT HAS TO BE BLOCKED FOR ME (and not allow it to get full) STRANGE!!! But luckily we got a better room. ||There is no restaurant attached with this residency and you have to manage the food from nearby restaurants. However, they offer to get the food right to your room, if you order!. ||The biggest flip-side of the rooms were cleanliness; The linen was torn with stains and things like that. The toilet was average in terms of cleanliness. The staff however are very supportive and are at your service immediately. Overall an average place for a stay at Mangalore City.
