AC Hall with plenty of seating for dinner and is in a prime location. Stage is decent too. Location makes it perfect choice for all functions. Only issue is with parking as you have to park it along the road.

R S Bhavan Hall was good & excellent with function display unit above stage. A/c was too cold which was uncomfortable. We utilised room two days & one night.

It's a stay combined with a marriage hall so the purpose and offering should be clear. They do the job well. 4 star because I feel like they could have provided more clean linen and towel. Also the rooms could smell better. Not a deal breaker but suggestions for a 5 star. Overall had a comfortable stay.

Our stay here was filled with kindness and smiles. The ambiance was not only very friendly but also extremely comfortable for our family. The round-the-clock services, including room cleaning and a helpful front desk, made our long stay hassle-free. The affordability was a pleasant surprise, and being within walking distance from MAHE added to the convenience. The owner's cooperative and kind-hearted nature truly made our stay memorable. A great place to stay that provides you with clean and spacious rooms, local vegetarian delicacies, and a service staff that is warm and always ready to help. Located in the heart of Manipal city, it sits at a great location, closer to the best of restaurants, sight-seeing spots, and beaches. If you are planning to travel with your family or friends, you’ll not find any other place that would offer you such value for money.

Stayed at RS Bhavan for a couple nights while on a road trip through the coastline. Well connected location, clean and well kept rooms. The owner is a gem of a person and the staff is friendly too. Would recommend it for families for a homely experience at a great budget.

Happened to be in Manipal visiting friends and juniors in college. RS Bhavan was a great place to stay and the manager and owner were super accommodating. Breakfast was great, rooms were super spacious, bathrooms were clean and located centrally with everything just a short walk away.

We have been staying at this hotel every time we came to visit MAHE for the past couple years. It is within walkable distance from the main campus and has a range of some very economical rooms. The rooms are very neat, air conditioned and comes with hot water. The staff also regularly comes in for room cleaning and maintenance. The owner is a very friendly person and very cooperative to our needs.
