Ocean View Residency

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean View Residency. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with air conditioning and hot water. The bathrooms were hygienic, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The property offers the best views, and famous murudeshwar temple nearby, adding to the charm of the location. Service and staff were excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

Beautiful location, very hostile and welcoming staff. We had a happy stay at the place. The manager made sure we had a comfortable time and helped us with all the other arrangements and site-seeing. Happy to have stayed here.

Excellent sea view rooms. Ashok the manager was able to fluently talk in English and guide me with my local sightseeing. Very safe place just across the sea. Calm serene place with only the noise of the sea during nights. No restaurant or kitchen was a big handicap. But all major destinations including the market place, restaurants are all walkable distances. Memorable stay. Friendly staff. Neat room. Excellent location.

Clean & spacious rooms. Location is excellent, beach facing & walkable from main temple. Host Mr. Ashok is responsive & helpful. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend.

The property is located near to Murdeshwar Temple and the view from the property is scenic and beautiful. Beach is located just in front of the property. Rooms were very clean and spacious. You can have a stay with your family without hesitation. The staff is friendly and co-operative as well they'll make you feel comfortable with everything you want.

Can see beach from the balcony. 500 meters away from temple. Narrow road of 500 meters from temple. Construction is new so rooms are good. No transparency on booking, so better you call them and confirm room and price. Suggestion is to pay online via GPAY. Parking is big so no worries.
