Awesome hotel in main city and seriously in optimal price range comparable with another 4* star hotel and rooms quality is too awesome hygiene and veg restaurant available ground floor. i came from delhi its new place for me and seriously i so worried about the staying but it’s wonderful experience. And staff is too supporting

To be frank the rooms are very small and the restrooms exhaust vent is given to other rooms restroom , so that you can smell other rooms poop. It’s still a scary stays for family but good for bachelors. Prime location near by to palace and others places. It has it own cafe and opposite you have old traditional restaurant. Service is bad when you call the service won’t pick the call as well as they won’t be available in reception. Over all good place for bachelor’s not for family.

Booked a room for two nights. The only positive remark was that the rooms were clean and neat. No car parking available. No elevator in the hotel. My room was in the fourth floor and I had to climb a flight of stairs. My parents found it extremely hard and had to switch them to another hotel nearby. Room service was pathetic. I had to ask for water bottles and was provided with one bottle for two nights. Room was not cleaned the second day nor were towels offered. I got the wifi password after waiting for 4 hours and multiple calls made. There were ants at the door by second day. Television was never working, complained but no one cared. Choose the hotel only if you are looking for a place to just sleep at night.

1. Hotel building is new one and maintained very well. 2. Located on next Nazarbad police station and near to zoo 3. Hotel have a own restaurant and food was yummy, opposite cafe available 4. 24 hours hot water available, only TV was not worked other than everything fine. 5. Lift not available not recommended for old aged person

The lodge which has been constructed very recently. All the amenities provided are top notch. The room are clean and very well maintained. Service is great. One drawback is that there's no lift facility here. But if you get rooms at 4th floor you've to climb all the way up and down. No parking space available near the lodge. They have their own restaurant below and serve south indian pure veg.

It has got very comfy rooms with good amenities and very delicious meals right below, at their cafe! A good place to stay with your family, also very near to the city so helps with travelling too.

DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL Kind Advice. Don't ever book this hotel online. We have traveled 600km from Chennai with 2 kids at 10pm. After reaching the hotel they told me your rooms have been given to some other. Manger or Owner, we don't know he is throwing our booking amount. Don't ever book Fab Group hotels online we trusted such a brand and booked . Created a very bad impression. We have booked for 5 memebrs they showed us 2 memebrs room this is for you. With 2 kids. We have searched whole mysore. Fab people conatct is not working at 10pm. DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL . PROOF OF BOOKING DONE ATTACHED

Overall good rooms, better washrooms with hot n cold water options. Location is good , Anna very helpful, very innocent receptionist and helpful also. They understand their customers. Anna I am From Jammu and Kashmir.
