Raj Residency Deluxlodge

This is my worst hotel experience till date. Hotel is very bad in shape and staff members are very arrogant and useless including the owner. I reached hotel around 9.30 pm and was shocked that they said that my hotel booking from makemytrip is there but they have not paid the money to hotel. I tried to convince them that it is not my responsibility and you settle the issue with tour website. They even can't pronounce makemytrip also. When I was tired by debate and quarrel I gave up and paid some money as advance. Later while check out they took some more money and I ended up paying double (First to makemytrip and then to hotel). These buggers even didn't bothered that me and my family were tired by journey from my hometown till hotel and they could ask us to rest and discuss in morning. We had booking for 2 nights. But they didn't have courtesy and empathy towards tourists. Staff behavior was very rude. ||||Hotel rooms is another story. Rooms are such small that they are actually made from 1 by 2, rooms are very tiny and you can open the room door just by stretching the arm from bed. TV was kept very high and not easy to start. It was not working also many times. They didn't gave us extra bed required for my child as per booking made and also there was no space to add extra bed in room. No hot water in toilet. Toilet also very unclean and very small. We were just waiting to over the stay in this hotel and get out of it. This hotel is below 3rd class lodge and never to be used. Avoid this hotel for any purpose. If possible I would have given negative marks to this hotel. Its experience to be forgotten.

I stayed for a night for business purpose. No any specific complain. Got a good sleep. Did not explore that much but all acceptability and basic needs are fine. Parking is not a problem. Check in and check out is also hassle free.

This hotel is very horrible and dirty. NO respect for the other state customers.Especially the front desk people they do not know how to treat guests.||They promise you one room but while you check in they will provide you with another dirty room.Once the guest check in only they will start cleaning the room.They bring new customers to the rooms we stay to show them how these rooms are and thus no privacy.||||I strongly not recommend this hotel to any especially to ladies.||I request tripadvisor or cleartrip site not to do marketing for this hotel just for a sake.
