SPOT ON Ambika Residency Mysore

Regrettably, my recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The room's cleanliness was below par, with pillows emitting an unpleasant odor. The absence of hot water, a broken sink, and a lack of basic amenities further added to the disappointment. What's more, safety concerns arose due to the absence of visible CCTV cameras. The proximity of a bar next to the hotel made the surroundings feel unsafe, especially for families and couples. The owner's unprofessional behavior, insisting on an early check-out contrary to the app's information, and demanding extra payment, was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the price charged for the stay did not align with the substandard service and amenities provided. I would caution potential guests against booking here, as there are numerous better options available at comparable or even lower prices. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement.

Disappointing stay! Dirty room, smelly pillows, no hot water, broken sink, and no kettle. False info from room service about solar heater. No CCTV, feels unsafe. Owner rude, insisted on early check-out, asked for extra money. Not worth the price. Warning: Better, cheaper hotels available elsewhere.

Service was not good. And hotel was not clean. It is waste of money to stay in this hotel. Request you to not to stay in this hotel. You will suffer a lot. Very bad smell in rooms.
