Worst experience in my life, please don't visit the hotel.

Old property.Moderately maintained. Highlights: Rooms are spacious for five people's which are very rare in modern hotels worth for offer price. Toilets not up to the standard and smelly No extra facilities, Adequate charging points, stands in wash room to keeps our toileteries. Poor room service. Reception number not mentioned in the room or they didn't tell. Complimemantary break fast was limited but adequate (A tea cost 20/-). The rooms where not cleaned, air-conditioned not maintained or serviced, it smell very badly😷 Totally 🤧 attaching some menu card photos...

Having visited India during the last two month in the North part, the first place where we stayed when we arrived to the south, was this hotel and according with previous experiencia our impression was: 🙂 The receptionist atenttion was very good and timely, the room was clean, and they provided towel, paper and soap. Has a usefull closet and a good natural air ventilation. We booked a room with fan, and for rainy days was enough. The bathroom was acceptable clean and the internet works good. They have drinkable water available. The common areas was very clean. The mattres was confortable. ☹️ Suggestion for the hotel: - In the check in, tell the guest that is neccesary ran out the shower water for more ir less 10 min until get hot water. - When we went down to ask the housekeeper for how the shower works, he never stop watching video on his cellphone while we where talking with him. Please teach him the basic protocol service. Is very important. - The room, towels or lines was very humid. We could feel the humidity in the room. Check it ;). Thank you for all and we hope you take note to improve this details.

Please do not visit the hotel if you are coming with families. We were disheartened to recieve such a response when we arrived at the hotel. On top he was very harsh in speaking to us and the entire family was deserted in the very early morning. We then moved to next hotel to accommodate but he started to mediate and influence the manager of the neighbouring hotel to increase the fair. I would have rated 0 but being generous. Please chose another hotel..

The Reception guy is bit oversmart. Asking again and again to do the same thing. And moreover to that No complimentary water bottles, towels, soaps were there in the rooms. Bedsheets were not clean. Foul smell was there. Proper care needed.

Room was average. No proper service. They don't even provide basic ammeneties such as water bottles, glasses, towels etc. Dirty bedsheets and pillow. Plus the owner behaves extra smart which is the worst thing. Not at all recommended.

Its a basic hotel. Cannot expect a lot but nice bed, cupboard , tv and mirror are available in room. All rooms are having wundows.Bathroom was good but the basin pipe was broken so had to be carefull while using. It will be very nice , if some hangar or some cloth hook can be provided in room or else its very difficult to manage. The main pros of this hotel is the lcoation. Mysore palace, devaraja market everything is in walking distance. The hotel staffs are very good and helpful .
