The location is very near to Bus-stand so its easily accessible and taxis and autos are easily available. The rooms are neat and clean. Balcony has nice view. Even though its near bus stop, but we don't get the disturbance from buses. The prices are reasonable. We booked double BR and got an extra bed for the kid. The bathroom and taps are good. Not much of attractive, but this one is worth the price we give. One suggestion for improvement would be having a drinking water facility for customers. Here they gave all mineral water bottles whenever we asked for a water refill. Also sometimes the reception is out and are not reachable on call. Could be that we visited on an off-peak day. But response can be improved. Overall worth the money.

Rooms were very neat and clean. It is near ksrtc bus stand puttur so it was easy to reach here from bus stand by walking 😄. Booked room for 8 members for 1 day it's costed 2,500 Means average 300rs for per person a day very pocket friendly.

The room was spacious, with clean bed linen. The staff was courteous, AC was powerful and it was value for money.

Stayed here in a 2+1 bed room ( air conditioned) for one day which costed me around 2000 for 24hrs. • Clean and well maintained rooms • Friendly staffs • Near to the bus tand • Food isn't available, need to order from outside • Underground parking available

Okayish, if you check in late, no toiletries and towels! Also no water bottles, but there is a filter where you can refill. It’s a pick-up point for most of the buses, so if you visiting nearby places, good to check in for a late night pickup.

It services the purpose, basic fecility like bath room and toilet, beds, tv and wifi, wardrobe available more over near to ksrtc bus stand easy accessibility for people travelling in bus. No complimentary food. But rooms are decently maintained.

The location is just behind bustop . AC rooms are spacious neat and clean. The owner is a humble person. There is no in-house restaurant here but can be ordered from outside. Worth for the money.
