Reception person was more of a serious character had to wait 4 hours to get a booked room. Rooms are clean but fans and tv was not working.. Had a bad experience with mosquitoes.. Overall not good

The rooms are good, but getting Hot water is a major issue. Mr. Lohit at the reception is a very nice guy. But the rest of them are not upto the mark. Advantage is close to the KSRTC Bus station, Railway station, shops, Veg restaurants, transport accessibility is good. Overall Good, but plenty of room for improvement.

Nice rooms under 1k. Few draw backs cob webs in wooden almera, teared window screen, telephone not working, TV not working, they recieve money thats it nothing they provide. Even water bottle also hv to be purchased around the hotel. Reception guy is serious character. Few more can not mention. Near to railway station and ksrtc bus stand.

Nice Clean Maintained well But price is little more compared to othrmrs But economic based on the maintainable the made Good for family Lift available near to busstand Hot water available on morning But drinking water facility not available

Not recommended. They won't provide even Soap and washroom is very shabby.

One of the Worst hotel I've ever stayed. Though they charge you less but the room condition and bathrooms are worst. But you can find good restaurants near by. Kamath restaurants. Bus stand is very near to the hotel.

Actually the place is good but the people work here doesn't know any kind of respect... they talk like they have a 5 star hotel and non of them are kind with there customers ... there response is very bad

Never make mistake of staying here..My bad luck I stayed with my family because I didn't get room anywhere...staff speak very rough and whole night there were some goons partying and shouting night till 2.30 ...worst experience
