Sky lodge

Stayed here on 01/12/ 2023.. An average hotel, that's all. Great location. Car parking also there, beside the building. Room boys are NOT prompt, not service oriented or even caring to our concerns. I was allotted room no: 666.. Toilet was not clean or hygienic. Human stool wastes were there. When complained, a room boy came, after 15 minutes. ( I had to wait 15 minutes to urinate.. lol.. ) He went.. Then I found that the FLUSH is not working. This time I went to the reception. The person came and ''' inspected ''' (( which was not done b4 the guest arrives )) and asked me to shift to room no 888.. Me and my wife were not physically well due to common cold.. and took all the luggage and shifted to 888. No room boy was there to help us. The room 888 was okay. Next day, breakfast was served @ room.. Not at all bad.. But the thing is, when U pay some 2600 Rs for a room, we expect MINIMUM SERVICE.

Rooms are available at the single floor only i.e. 3rd floor. Hotel has no self restaurant. In the same building two restaurants are on the other two floors. In breakfast, they are providing only South Indian thali but the taste is good. No tea, no juice is provided by them. Room is not cleaned and smell is coming. This is basically no star hotel but they claimed they are 4star 😆😆😆. Only stay you can avail but without any other.facilities

Rooms were not propper clean, There is no cloth hanger in bathroom. Getting smell alltime. Costing is like 5 star hotel. It's very expensive as compared to rooms quality.

Worst and the Shadiest hotel in Tumkur. Would rate it in negative if there was an option.Don't know if this can be called a lodge also. Horrible service and nobody is bothered about the guest. All they need during checkin is Payment, after that they won't look at you. The rooms are filthy, the door of the rooms don't have any security apart from the digital lock that can be opened anytime with the card that the staff has. The dustbin wasn't cleared when we checked in. Bedsheets were dirty. They don't have basic tea sachets but still they have kept a useless kettle in the room. When asked the staff he said will send and it never arrived even after following up 3 times. BTW we have to physically go to the reception for any service as the phones don't work here . Family and women please refrain from booking this hotel ever

Travelled from Delhi with my daughter to Tumkur and stayed in SkyLodge for 10 days.||It was extremely comfortable and safe stay. The hotel is located on the highway which gave us easy access to autos for our daily commute. Right next to the hotel there is Vishal Mega Mart and Dominos. Across the road some 5-10 min walk away there is a retail store for anything that you might need.||The Rooms are nice they might be a bit small as compared to some of the other hotels but have everything for a comfortable stay and very well maintained. The bed and pillows are comfortable, toilets are very clean. All point in time hot and cold water is available in the toilet. Room has a small fridge, TV, free WiFi and we got electric kettle on request. In addition any request we made – the staff and owner tried their best to fulfill which is commendable.|Service is very good. The hotel does not yet have a restaurant or kitchen but I understand from the owner that plans are underway. The staff gets you food from outside if you want and provides you cutlery.||In my 10 days I couldn’t find anything that I can complain about. In fact I really liked the hotel and services and would recommend it strongly.|

I checked in late night in this hotel …. I saw that the room was not clean and the bed and linen are stained and asked to change the room … But staff informed that not possible as it the hotel is full …. Next day while leaving before for the day hotel staff asked to leave the key and they will move the luggage…. We handed over key and mentioned to shift…. Later in the evening we found that our items were missing…. Hotel manager was irresponsible to state that the things were kept by me somewhere and it was not evidently visible…. And he called his staff over phone and asked the staff said that he did not take and see and manager was shouting to me back that he believes in his staff that none of his staff has taken ….. No proper enquiry has happened and also irresponsible manager was not ready to check for the CCTV camera as he simply stated that he don’t know how to operate…. Neither reception phone no works and u have to walk 100 times to the reception to bring something …. Cleanliness is zero …. This hotel has to be closed permanently….
