No proper staff for service. We have to carry luggage by self. Manager has to come to us for any service. Soap, Towel is given on demand. Water Bottle is charged.

Rooms are okay. But bathroom is dirty, and bedsheets doesn't smell good. The pillows looks as if they haven't been changed ever. But to top it all , service was the worst. They don't provide hot water kettle, or mineral water bottle. Parking facility is not there. Rude and sarcastic front desk guy, who would sarcastically offer to pay for you if you tell these complaints to him. The lift is so slow that you can reach faster by using staircase.

I travel regularly to Tumkur and a regular at this hotel .we were two ladies.. The manager who is older with spectacles was extremely rude for no reason . We were two hours late fr check out as there was powercut. He started yelling loudly and was so disrespectful even though we were so polite and talking softly to him. We just walked out quietly. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality .. I wonder how people tolerate him. So arrogant and rude fr no reason.he acts like it’s the only place ... Will never go back there. I travel every month to Tumkur. I hope the management looks into in his behaviour. Everyone was watching him talk like that.

Except for mosquitoes nothing much to complain. This lodge is right above Bar which discourages family. Also finding parking is an issue.

Very helpful Admin and helpers. Parking is a little difficult but he is arranging the place to park the vehicle. Apart from that, it's a nice place and on the main road itself.

A decent place to stay the night. They don't have a car park but there is always space on the road opposite the hotel. Rooms are available in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Service is decent and staff are responsive. Its just that the old building and the old fashioned service standards may not be up to everyone's liking. Its right in the heart of Tumkur and all shops are accessible nearby. A double bed room costs 2k a night and the suite which costs 3k has two double beds. The lift is the slowest moving i have ever seen but it works. You'll also struggle if you don't know kannada. But the front desk is staffed by nice people who can speak in English and Hindi.

It is the one of the best hotel I ever stayed . Well maintained, clean hotel in Thumakuru. All rooms are much spacious and clean . All the facility they are provided in the rooms are so good, especially the washroom. I stayed for three days and I was so comfortable during the stay. They have a parking space also. Services are nice too. The clean rooms are the attraction there. Happy to stay again.
