Worst experience ever. First of all the rooms were not neat, especially the washroom the flush was not working. There was only one fan for the whole room that to in the corner. The most worst thing is the service. We’re just told to adjust when complained and even after adjusting they demanded extra money while checking out. We were told the checkout time as 11 but while checking out they said that changed it to 8:30 without even informing us about it and demanded to pay half the price while we checked in only after 9. The staff at the administration were totally rude and were not even listing to what we said. If possible i would just rate it as minus. Do not waste your money staying here.

Bad experience with the staff, i booked 4 AC rooms 3days before check in for 1600rs/- each, they provide non AC 3 rooms for the same rate, asked for the reason they are not ready to pay me back, worst rooms, worst owner, worst staff, not at all suitable for family itself better u can stay with tent near beach, I am giving you minus ratings .... 😡

The hotel is at a prime location, rooms are clean and good but it is an old version of rooms, power point pin not available more in my room only one pin point, toilet is very small. Windows all cover mosquito coir no mosquitoes in the room. Room price

Liked a night stay. Budget family hotel. +Ve. 24 hour check in check out. Attached small restaurant. Rate inr 900 for Non AC inr 1500 for AC per night. TV, towell, soap, Good centre location. -ve : Bit reluctant to give GST bill Small bathroom. Room furniture was dusty. Uncleaned.

Good place to stay, it's location is very useful to people, as they can goto Krishna Matt, Udupi bus stand, railway station etc. The rooms are clean and decent, the washroom was clean, you can get hot water to bath till 10 am, post that you won't get. Staff is good and cooperative. ATMs are outside. Had a good and hasstle free experience.

Good location and reasonably priced. We were told no guarantee on hot water because it's raining and solar water may not be available. That's something they need to plan and avoid telling customers.

Hotel Kalpana is located almost in heart of city at Diana circle, the Kalpana building also has a restaurant called Anupam which I never had a opportunity to visit it also has a theatre called Kalpana,it has a small outlet for selling furniture's one small juice and condiments store to the corner of parking lot, also provision for separate parking for cars who stay at Kalpana lodging dimensions of rooms are good restrooms are maintained well and neat, definitely we cannot feel the privacy as the staff always stare when we walk from one room to another of ours as soon as we open door they'll be right on opposite side of us this is so annoying.

Had very bad experience here first of all the deluxe room of 1k allotted to us was not having proper door knob had to pressure it to open & close & was given a lock & key I was very tired of travelling 8 hours it's all I got then the bedsheets were not changed as they were dirty & there was no hot water facility it was during this mansoon rest u can imagine unfortunately for em I am from hospitality industry they should check once before allotting it to people. then the waiter cheated me for 20 rs for food it's not big thing but honesty is must in hotel industry during departure the same guy just got my uncle's bag just kept it down the hotel while over car was parked across the road 600 yards i had to take 1 bag of mine & uncles trolley across I was going to tip him but he didn't bother to ask where our car was parked never going there again not at all recommended this pai people have only invested there time & money in high earning education system they don't bother to look at other business which has their name on it.
