Well maintained rooms and the bathroom is average. The staff behaviour is really good. The concern is there is no lift here.

Very good and spacious rooms are provided here with AC and the rooms are very economically reasonable in price....provided with 5 beds in the room and air conditioning....the location is the main point to highlight is it lies across the highway and the place there connects to many of the tourist places.

The locality is closer to Shri Krishna Mutt(1 km away). So we booked the hotel. We were on long trip; so duly informed the owner about our arrival late that night. He had promised to keep a double room for us. We were supposed to spend the night and checkout early in the morning. While we arrived at around 1 am, we were told there is no room left and were shown a store room with two beds. At that time of night in a sleepy town like Udupi, we had no options at all. The owner wouldn't pick up the call. The office guy would tell to take it and let him sleep. We had come long way from a Jog falls trip and were left stranded and too tired to explore options. Even we paid the amount before hand. So, we were left with no option and had to stay there.||The room was infested with insects, bed sheets were full of holes and brown patches. We had our own bed sheets, which we replaced. In the morning, when we told the owner, he just said that he was sorry and couldn't help. What terrible hospitality is this? I recommend everyone to not go there and get disappointed with their services. Lot of cheaper and better options are available nearby the Shri Krishna temple.

Called 5 times to confirm the booking over phone and at the end said no rooms available worst place ever should be shut down dont stay here

The room in the images is supposedly a double bedroom. This was given to us even after we called the place and told them that we will arrive later than the time we mentioned in our online booking. We paid upfront at the time of booking. On checking the log books, we noticed that the room was allocated to somebody else just 5 minutes after we called stating that we would arrive late. On reaching the place, we were given this dingy, makeshift room. The bathroom is so tiny that there is standing space for just one person. I cannot stretch my hands in any direction.

Good facility with hot water parking place good environment and clean rooms cooperative owner but disadvantage is no lift. Elderly people like me will suffer from legpain and chestpain.

Good facility.. Only con is that rooms are at 3rd floor n there's no lift.. We need to reach by claiming stairs..
