Owner is very rude, he doesn't know how to talk to customers. It's a horrible experience ever I faced, because I booked the hotel ticket before the starting journey. When I reached the place they denied the check-in, hotel owners changing the confirmed ticket, before noticing in the app. It's really very bad experience and it's probelm with app and owner.

My family had a very happy experience staying here. Felt secure.This lodging facility has very close access (just 3 minutes by walk)to ATM, restaurants, petrol bunk. Also close to various tourist spots.Staff were ready to help anytime. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Did not burn my pocket also

Excellent stay there. I travelled with my friend for a weekend and found this place on google only which suits my budget which was our major concern, Dear friends don't expect 5 star facilities when you are paying and looking for cheap priced rooms for accommodation. Make you mind set to enjoy the stay which you could afford to the best.

This is my 4th stay at Shanmuga Lodge. Rooms are clean, the location and the local facilities are great. Room service is good but you have to ask the room boy, to receive the full facilities. Over all me and my family members are having good opinions about the lodge. I definitely come back here to stay every time I visit this area. Thanks for providing decent and safe accommodation in Elappara.

People were personable and were ready to help where needed. The water situation was bad. Water was never got enough to bath in cold climate. I caught fewer bathing in half cold/hot water. And hot water is not connected to shower, you have to bath out of bucket. Rooms were neat enough to stay.

Very good infrastructure and ambience. We were visited this lodge as a family. Good for family stay. Greatly suggested to the people who all are coming to visit elappara, vagamon and the nearby tourist places as a family. Budget friendly too. So, overall my review for this lodge is Fantastic🤘

3 things behinds 1. Friendly staff and accessible location. 2. Great location and excellent service, Wilson and this team was very supportive. 3. Rooms and toilets are clean and beds are comfortable. Budget friendly, Definitely will stay again

Every time I travel to Kuttikanam, I visit Elappara. I have stayed here more than five times. The behavior of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms are all worth mentioning. The weather is very cold in Elappara. Providing comfortable rooms at such a low rate is highly commendable. Last time I stayed with my family for three days.
